Don’t miss this spot if you’re visiting Ljubljana! The food is all made fresh and with such care. We came with a group and tried multiple items, everything was amazing from savory deli items to the sweet house made pastries. Vegan or not, you should check this place out.

The fermented chickpea ice cream was one of the most delicious ice creams I ever had! The staff was so friendly and the Grashka Deli is in a very nice location, directly at the river.

Hidden gem! Amazing vegan food, the owner explains everything and even gives you tests to try. They’re very passionate about their food and love to talk about it. The food itself is also amazing! And not too fatty. The location is quiet but not deserted, you can sit outside in the sun and just enjoy the city and its beautiful nature.

The best vegan restaurant in Ljubljana. They offer a variety of foods: sandwiches, bouls, daily soups, burgers, pizzas, sweets and traditional balkan burek in a vegan version. Grashka is more than just a dine in place as they offer a variety of their own products like fermented chickpea blocks, vegan buckwheat salami, kombucha, kimchi, ... Their philosophy is to create a sustainable food culture so most of their products are sourced locally or in a small proximity. Also most of the foods are alergen free, as they do not use soy nor gluten for meat substitutes, but buckwheat and chickpea. I've tried almost all of the dishes and each one is amazing. It's a bit pricy though but worth every penny. Could not recommend more! It's a must visit for every vegan and non vegan in Ljubljana.

My drink was supposed to be a warm latte but my drink was cold and I did not enjoy it. I would have expected a latte to be hot/warm not lukewarm milk. Service was not good
