I have tried several shoe repair shops for climbing shoes in Italy and Netherlands and talked to friends who repaired elsewhere. I have seen the results from both official and not official resoulers. In terms of quality and customer service, Shoe doctor is the best in my experience. It’s easy to ship to, they always respond promptly, and they are proud of the work they do. They are not the cheapest place, but offer a competitive price. I am always extremely happy with the results when I get my shoes back, even after the same pair comes back after the 4+ repair. Thanks to Shoedoctor, I have used the same pair of shoes since 2018-2019, and still going strong. If all cobblers were like them, shoe companies would go out of business, or at least, produce much less waste.

Great service and quality. I was on holiday in Slovenia so was able to drop off at the headquarters/repair shop. They took my details and called me up when the shoes were ready. I recieved them back a few days after payment. Communication was really prompt and straight forward. The owner is really friendly, he stopped to have a coffee and chat with us. Would definetly recommend.
