My first visit here. As a new patient, I could not have been treated any nicer. Irina (hope I spelled her name right) and Dr. Altman were both interested and thorough in doing me exam. Glad I found this place!

I thought Dr. Dundon was great. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’m highly discerning and was concerned about the reviews but thought the practice was great. Dr. Dundon was knowledgeable, nice and efficient. Highly recommend. 10 stars.

I have been to Schwiger twice and been seen by two different doctors, Rachel Altman & Aleksandra Tomczyk. The first doctor did not introduce herself or even acknowledge any of my concerns. When I asked her about my concerns she stated that the nurse did not tell her, but she did not even speak to me to even ask why I was there to find out. You are naked and vulnerable and not even seen as a person. She wrote me a prescription without asking me if I had any current practices or things I was doing. On my next visit I went back for the same concern after using the prescription cream for months with no results. The receptionist asked me if I was coming in for folliculitis, that would have been great to know I had if the doctor even bothered to tell me. On my second visit, the doctor came in with three other people, the nurse and two people becoming dermatologists, I guess. I found it to be a complete invasion of privacy and space. She did not ask if I was comfortable with this or if it was okay. Then told me to continue to the cream, although I told her it was not working and wrote a post it note of some new product to add in. I wish I could say I had better experiences but after two negative experiences with two different doctors, I will not be returning.

Dr Dundon is a 5 Star experience in every way! A knowledgeable, kind, compassionate professional who will do her best to take great care of you despite the obvious demands Schweiger seem to be placing on staff. It’s interesting that Eric Schweiger says that, “When he saw the need for high-quality dermatology care that did not require weeks or months of waiting to see a qualified provider, his vision of a multi-location practice was born.” Unfortunately it does take more than “weeks and months” to be seen. As a current patient, I think it’s reasonable to expect to be seen within the week or even into the next week when there is a pressing issues. There are no time slots set aside for current or long time patients with time sensitive problems. In addition, the schedule is packed, so the appointment times are so short that the doctor does not have time to listen, process and deliver quality medicine before they need to get on to the next patient. This is bad medicine and can lead to poor and even dangerous results, not to mention the burden on the doctors and staff who are pushed to exhaustion and burn out. It’s not a sustainable model. Come on Eric - get back to your mission statement - this is medicine not widget construction!

Horrible service. I was told my appointment was at 4:30 through a call service that I used to schedule appointment. I was in office no later than 4:35, proceeded to fill out all paper work, and then the office refused to take my appointment and I was turned away because I was told I was 20min late to the appointment. Extremely disappointed!

I had a history of melanoma and I found a concerning mole and I was able to send a picture on the portal and they got back to me and I got an appointment the. Next day. While it seems Dr Patel is busy with a lot of patients you don’t feel rushed. He saved my life 1 or 2 months prior another dermatologist said my mole was fine but he took it off and that was the melanoma. I’m a Pediatrician and I send all my patients (that insurance allows) to Schweiger (closest location to them)

First time to the office. Everyone I came in contact with my was a pleasure. I have found my new dermatologist office. The front desk was very helpful with getting me in early since I was already in the area. My PA was very thorough with my exam and explained everything to me in detail

My first visit was outstanding the front desk staff is awesome. Dr. Altman is very pleasant and treated me with the up most respect, I recommend anyone go to this office.

The worst dermatologist ever, the phones are for an answering center and it’s impossible to actually talk to the office, ive had multiple appointments where something was wrong on their end and i couldnt get my prescription or it was charging me a ridiculous price, ive been to the office 5 times this year and not once was for an appointment. Ive been going here for 5 years and i finally give up and i am switching, absolutely ridiculous. The way they run their business is a waste of the customers time, effort, and money.

My experience at Schweiger dermatology was very good.Starting at the front desk the people were very polite and helpful. Dr’s were very professional and they took the time to listen to you and too explain the process to make sure you understood what they were telling you.

The staff was very friendly, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, the doctor addressed my issues and came up with a course of action that will hopefully lead to relieving my issues.

Dr. Dundon is very kind, well spoken, made me feel comfortable, coming into an appointment that I have put off for years due to embarassment from my skin condition. She explained clearly, answered all my concerns.
