Dr. Karen Gordon very thorough. Excellent bedside manners explanations of very well explained. No complain, receptionist area all clean no food and no smell of food or clean well mannered also. I would highly recommend the dermatology group.

I love this place the workers are amazing and they need to be recognized. The workers at the front desk are always so friendly and always greet you with a smile . They are real people persons. Especially Tina who is always so helpful and answers all questions. Doctor Cindy LI is outstanding and always puts a smile on my face even on my worse day. She truly is a fantastic dermatologist and of course doctor Lipson what an amazing people person down to earth person he is. I have been through a lot in 2020 and just to come here on my appointments to see how nice I get treated it makes me feel a lot better. . I also want to say that doctor Lipson assistant Govinna is such a pleasant outstanding worker she and all the other names I mentioned always makes me feel so comfortable. I give them all a thumbs up hopefully they all will be recognized for a job well done. I really think all these ladies need to recognized for always multitasking. I see it all the time . They have to check the patient’s in and answers the phone and do paper work and try and eat when they get the chance . Today is 8-19-2021 I go to this office twice a week and I feel like family . My dermatologist doctor Lee is fantastic and the front desk workers are also beyond amazing .Tina deserves a raise every time I see her she is Multitasking. Her personality and caring for the patients is amazing she is such a people person. Sasha is also amazing she is so kind and caring and a very hard worker. I think they all should be recognized for a job well done. They do are multitasking all the time . To keep hard workers is to make sure they are recognized because hard workers are very hard to find these days. Also I want to mention Jen she sets my light machine up all the time she is a great people person hard worker to .i am so glad that Bernadette is back she is amazing not everyone does the job as good as her . I go into the light box twice a week and the. Get xtract and when Bernadette is not there. Have to change the paper myself on the chair I sit on in the xtract room which she. She is there she always does and I also have to put for. Paper on the light box when she is not there and that’s not my job . Bernadette should be recognized for a job well done she is great she is always multitasking. Also Dr Li and Dr Lipson they are the best. And Front desk workers Tina and Narsheda and Ashley . The worsening this company did was let Gorinna go she was the best . It seems this company least the good ones always go. I been coming here for years and I truly can see who are the best workers and who are the ones who put little effort into their work. Please bring back Gorinna I am not comfortable with the helpers that Dr Lipson has now .

The most professional and courteous dermatologist facility I Bergen County. My family is very satisfied. From acne to lumps, Schweiger is our choice. Waiting time is minimal. We'll managed great physicians and staff.

For me it was a very nice to come to this clinic for the kind of care given, starting at the front desk with persons well trained and people who love people an care for what they do, and the medical staff who are professionals. I used to go to this office about 4 years ago to get laser treatment for my vitiligo and didn't have any issues. I had to stop my treatment because they had limited office hours and I had a scheduling conflict with work. I recently made an appointment to begin my treatment again because I saw that they are open later, but I regret doing so. It was a complete waste of time and money because the provider that I saw doesn't do the laser treatment and she was of no help. Upon speaking with one of their rude assistants on the phone today to inquire about getting authorization from my insurance to start the treatment, she told me that I would have to make a new appointment with a different provider. I was also told that I couldn't see my previous provider because she's not taking new patients even though I was already a patient there. So now they expect me to pay for another unnecessary visit just to submit the authorization request to my insurance when I was already seen by one of their providers and they have my information on file. Then I would have to pay for yet another visit to actually start the treatment. It's completely unacceptable to be treated like this when all they care about is milking your insurance. My copays are unaffordable as it is and making me have to schedule unnecessary appointments is not something I was going to put up with. The wait time is also outrageous because I was there on time for my appointment, but had to wait almost an hour to be seen just to be left with no answers. I could have saved my self time, money, and effort if they would've at least mentioned on their website that not all of their providers treat all skin conditions. It makes no sense to me that in a dermatology clinic there are providers who don't treat something as common as vitiligo. I already have an excellent dermatologist, but unfortunately she has a small practice and doesn't have the laser machine because it's very expensive, which is the only reason I went to this place. If you don't want to waste your time and money, go somewhere else because these people will not help you at all.

My two daughters and I are patients. We see PA Anita Fox. She’s amazing. She handles my teens with care and professionalism. I recently saw her myself after a 20 year hiatus from my psoriasis. She got me approved for a biological the same day, which is difficult due to the cost of the medicines. She’s got a great personality too. We always say she rocks her hairstyle too. My younger daughter who is 16 has expressed interest in studying to be a PA and she told me I want to be like Anita. That’s the highest review you can give. We are extremely pleased to be patients
