Had a small procedure at this place. Billing and communicating with office is bad, got a bill which appears to be a double charge on it for single procedure, call multiple times and with a zero results of explanation, been a while and office turned the bill to collection. Nobody at the office knows what they did to me. And what they are charging me for.

I went into this appointment with horrible anxiety and from the minute I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and calm. They walked me through every step of the process and kept my me from freaking out. They were informative and respectful! I love them and will definitely be coming back for my yearly visit. Dr. Chima is the absolute best! She has a way of being direct and to the point, but at the same time, listens to ALL you concerns and addresses each one of the. Even though she is very fast in addressing issues, you NEVER feel rush! I cannot say enough good things about her. I will be leaving the Wayne area in a few months, but will still come back to see Dr. Chima for all my appointments!

My first visit was on 4/1. I saw PA Tincy Oommen for a bumpy rash under my breasts. The visit wasn’t even 10 minutes and she prescribed a cream. I used the cream twice a day as prescribed, but the rash got worse and spread. I called on 4/8 and asked for return call, but even calling a second time, nothing.Today is the 9th and I called again early this morning. As of 10:30 am, I still have not had a return call. A patient should not be treated so shabbily.

Excellent dermatology group they even help with your prescription. CVS wanted $400 for a generic. I called the office and they were so helpful. I was able to get the prescription for $65 delivered. Definitely a go to group.
