As for the delivery of the air conditioner, I unfortunately had the same problems with delivery/delivery (EnaA) as the others. However, I can praise the lady on the other end of the phone (Venalia d.o.o.) for her help in arranging the complicated appointment and delivery. EnaA website never again due to delivery fraud.

I don't know how it is with others, but regarding our installation, I have to praise the installer, because he was very friendly and well trained for this job. Considering the time between receiving the air conditioner and the installer's arrival, it really took a little longer than I expected, but I am aware that it was season, and for that matter, 2 good months doesn't seem too much to me. Thank you again for the excellent work done. P.s. I suggest to everyone else that, if they want to be in the cold for the second season, they should buy an air conditioner during the winter

DISASTER! If you buy an air conditioner with installation (VOX) from larger retailers (e.g. Mimovrste), the installation is carried out by this company. In my case, too, the air conditioner was purchased together with installation, with a promised delivery time of 14 days. Unfortunately, we didn't get an appointment earlier than in a month, which I understand, since it's the season. A week before the performance date, I called them to check if the appointment was still valid. They informed me that they had moved my appointment to another day (if I hadn't called them, they probably wouldn't have informed me of the change at all). We agreed on a new date. On the agreed day (2nd installation appointment), no one was there at the agreed time, so I called them again. They assured me that they would come and gave me the contact of the installer. The fitter simply told me that he won't be there because he finishes at 5 p.m. Totally unprofessional company. Avoid them if possible. Besides, getting someone on the phone is a real raffle. EDIT: According to the company's response: You are misleading again, you rescheduled the original appointment without prior notice. We made an AGREEMENT for 2 appointments for which the fitter did not come. Please stop misleading consumers with false statements.

We took the air conditioner together with the assembly, which should be done within 10 days of delivery (July 17) to the address. Venalia should be notified that we are in the queue. Waited 2 weeks from home delivery, no one called. Wrote an informative email in which I want information about when, because I know it's air conditioning season and there is a lot of work, but nothing for 5 days, no response to the email.

Po telefonu mi je ženska obljubila prejšnji teden nekoga od njih, da bi se zmenili za montažo. Vendar do danes ni bilo klica zato tudi njih iz principa ne vzamem vsa mnenja tukaj povejo kako so neresni in zanič tako da ljudje OBVOZ! Moj odgovor na spodaj je da lastnik laže tako da ljudje res kontaktirajte koga drugega....

Katastrofa. 2 različne ekipe. 2 klime napačno zmontirane. Obakrat tudi neprofesionalen odnos. Ko sem javil napako, jih ni bilo na dogovorjen datum in sem moral še enkrat klicat. Serviser ki je popravljal zadevo je rekel da je bilo vse narobe. Klime brez plina in z napačno zvezano elektriko. Edini ki je vedel kaj dela in uredil stvari tako kot je potrebno.

Imel sem problem z klimo večkrat so prišli rihtat naknadno je prišel Miha ki si je vzel čas, in je klimo tudi zrihtal kot se zagre. Res dobr majstr
