Running an electronics service company here in southern Spain, sees me installing and supporting many PCS products. Mainly broadcast transmitters. I have been dealing with PCS for some 10 years or more. From my experience, the equipment is well featured, well designed and well made. Above all, the equipment represents very good value for money. The modulization of the equipment allows you to cater for customer specific requirements. Add to this that most of the equipment I see working in quite harsh conditions where the ambient temperature can be very high. I have never had to repair a PCS transmitter due to overheating. This says something about the thinking behind the design. The support I receive from the likes of Marko is very good. The range of equipment has been expanding, along with the supply of test equipment. Well done!

I have used PCS a couple of times over the past 20 years. I still have the original pci max ultra, still works in a offline Windows XP machine and also have the new v5. Great products and Service. I have no complaints.

You have indeed paid 2 months ago (not 5). But you did not include any order number or other reference information so that we could match your wire transfer with your order. So this was finally sorted out via your e-mail asking about status just 3 weeks ago. Indeed, you have been waiting for 3 weeks. We've been having problems with this particular product for which I sincerely apologise. We have now cancelled your order and asked you for bank transfer info so we can refund you.

The CyberMaxFM+ SE V2 15W STEREO DSP + RDS model is an excellent device, an all-in-one transmitter with dsp balanced stereo encoder and rds encoder boxed in a single 1U rack unit. The device is ready to run in minutes, simply connecting all cables on back panel and adjusting few parameters such as transmitting frequency and rf power. The best way to manage all settings is by connecting the RS-232 com port to a pc com port and running the CyberMax software by downloading it on PCS Electronics website. The exciter is very clean and the audio quality is excellent. The embedded dsp is a very useful feature to trim audio quality before going onair. A very well done transmitter that can also be easily converted to an fm cable modulator to feed an audio signal over a cable network, to be received by an fm stereo tuner connected with an iec male/female antenna cable to an fm radio section of a tv/radio/satellite antenna outlet in a cable distribution system.

Looking for a RigExpert antenna analyzer, I found probably the best prices here. I contacted customer service saying I needed the unit to arrive quickly. The owner replied promptly saying that the desired model was on stock, so if I placed an order quickly, they can despatch the unit next day. So I did, next morning my slight overpayment was refunded to my credit card via PayPal, and I was given a tracking number to TNT. The unit was in my hand at 9 am the following morning in another country. Well packed, uniit in good working order, I could start antenna work immediately. I will order from PCS Elektronik with confidence again.

Bought an 15w Fm transmitter from pcs-electronics for about 700 euros and it didn`t work properly.sound quality is very poor,noisy background after using a while.I do not recommend at all.For this money you can buy a much much better one from china.

I am sorry but this is simply not possible. Something had to be wrong either with your setup or the unit was faulty=>in such case servicing under warranty would be recommended.
