You have indeed paid 2 months ago (not 5). But you did not include any order number or other reference information so that we could match your wire transfer with your order. So this was finally sorted out via your e-mail asking about status just 3 weeks ago. Indeed, you have been waiting for 3 weeks. We've been having problems with this particular product for which I sincerely apologise. We have now cancelled your order and asked you for bank transfer info so we can refund you.

We are sorry that you weren't happy with us. In fact we tried to find you to ask you what went wrong, but you are not in the list of customers from the last 2 years. Edit: We have discovered that this customer probably wanted to leave feedback for http://www.pcselectronicsmo.com which is a US based company dealing with solar power conversion. Not related to our business at all.

I am sorry but this is simply not possible. Something had to be wrong either with your setup or the unit was faulty=>in such case servicing under warranty would be recommended.
