Not sure where people get such good experience from. We had huge issues just getting the correct offer (saleswoman Maša made 4 offers with each being more wrong than the last, we should have quit then and look for antoher option) then a few days before we get notice that they were damaged during transport and we have to wait for new ones.
When they were finally installed, it was the wrong way. They fixed it a few times with no reult, we were almost locked out on multiple occasions. After 6 months they realized what went wrong and finally fixed it.
Not really the quality we were looking for, and every single part of the process had an issue. Even now after almost 3 years, there are still certain mistakes that were not fixed.
Just contacted them to schedule a regular chek-up and to look at another issue. First nor reponse for two days, then they tell me I will get a date. Today I was called by a serviceman (the first nice person I was in touch with at this company) if they can come in 10 minutes. He thought someone notified us - they didn’t. Another example of serious issues with the most basic things.
Amateur would be the word that best describes my experience with Pirnar.
Presenting oneself as top quality should be matched by more than just nice brochures.
Update: there was a bit of a mixup when scheduling but service came to do a regular check up, they were fast, nice and efficient. I hope it stays that way. Changing to 3 stars since the doors are good quality.
