We were there and Simon took his time and tried to help us wherever he could. We ordered titanium rings for our wedding. The rings including the engraving arrived today, both rings are beautifully handcrafted! The delivery time was exactly right as agreed. All in all, simply great!

Simon designed a custom wedding band for me, and I cannot praise him enough! Simon took all of our ideas and perfectly executed them in the design. And Simon genuinely cared that we simply did not 'like' the end product, but it really was the perfect ring. And throughout the entire process, Simon kept us informed, sent updates, explained the processes and materials - it was as if we were alongside watching him work. And let's not forget the masterful craftsmanship and attention to detail! Singlehandedly working with Simon was the best experience I've ever had crafting any custom piece, and I cannot thank him enough.
