I ordered my product on Sunday with the explicit promise from their website that this was to be dispatched on the same day if I ordered in time (see attached) *** I would like to add a note here since the company replied to my review with false information. The company stated I did not do my due diligence but I would like to again refer everyone to the attached screenshot from my order which was placed on a Sunday. The website explicitly states same day dispatch, whether you're open that day or not, YOU have not done your due diligence on your website and I advise making immediate alterations to this prompt to only appear when you are actually open and able to fulfil this promise. Do better. Of course, this didn't happen as it was Sunday so I wonder why they have this on their website? If anyone has any law connections they could probably sue for this.. I then got an email on the Tuesday morning letting me know that it will be processed that day as they haven't got round to it. Wednesday comes round and, surprise surprise, no dispatch yet. I call them up on Wednesday and, yes, the item is still not processed or dispatched. I needed this item for a new oven on Thursday. I'm now having to chase around to get the item I need in person, spending unnecessarily time, fuel and money that is all thanks to this terrible company. Don't order. It's not worth the stress.

Quick but little attention to detail. Got sent brown junction boxes instead of black, double sockets and back boxes instead of single ones. Ended up using them as run out of time. Please slow down get off your smart phones and do your job properly!

Well impressed with Quick Bit. First time using this company. Placed order Tuesday at about 12.35pm thats the time of the email notifyingh me of order received and at 8am Wednesday the order arrived, now it dont get any better than that in my humble opinion. Thank you QuickFit excellent service your details are safely stored in my computer for when I need electrical items again. Oh I forgot to say how compeditive they are on prices too it's a win win. Top marks . Cheers. Quick mention for the DX Delivery driver who must have been up most of the night to deliver on time he was a happy chappy running around. All round brilliant service.

I ordered a 25m extension cable for camping as it was required to be that length and after opening the package it was clear it wasn't the right length. So measured it and it's only a 20m cable. Would be great if someone could contact me regarding this so it can be returned and a proper 25m cable can't replace it. This is quite urgent! Many thanks
