Poor service. Ordered box of screws. Week later the wrong size screws arrived. Spoke to Quickbit who admitted that the wrong screws 'had been put in the shelving in the warehouse', and they would send the right size that day. That was seven days ago, and still nothing has arrived. Rang again today to be told that screws 'are in Bristol being held up by a large parcel'. Even Dylan (the guy on the phone) didn't understand that excuse! FFS it's only a £3 box of screws and yet Quickbit can't deliver after fifteen days. I've asked for a refund from Dylan, but frankly I'm not holding my breath! Will never use them again.

SHOCKING LIES 1. the website said what i wanted was in stock and if i 'place your order before 2pm for an express delivery' & it was before 2pm when i paid. 2. Nothing arrived the next day 3. I called the day after and was told ' the stock would probably arrive the next day' 4.it did not arrive. 5. 4 days after my purchase i was sent an email stating my order had been processed. If i had to say anything i would state the facts: the website lied to get a sale, the telephone reception person lied saying it would arrive next day. After calling 4 days later to establish what was going on I was told that stock 'NOT' had been available as the site suggested and was ordered in and could not be delivered as the telephone conversation had established and worst that if i was to share my experience in a review to protect other buyers from being in the same situation as me - then I was petty. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is a warning *below in response the owner claims i used profanity - this is simply not true - i said they made me feel like a 'CLOWN' for choosing to shop with them and they should be embarrassed by the chain of lies they served to secure a sale and attempt to pass off customers.

Had great help picking lights for our new office. Found the guy I dealt with Dylan top drawer. We had a grant for a section of the building from the EU and Dylan went to lots of effort to email over spec sheets and nothing was too much trouble. I will be using them for our house extension too. The prices were very good too, but it's rare you get that with good service hence the review. A great company to deal with.

I have used this company a number of times in the past as they are somewhat local to me. Their prices are about the best around and the quality of their cables is excellent. After a delay in getting my cables in my latest order, they very kindly shipped them to me FOC and saved me a special trip to go and get them. I'll be very happy to buy from them in the future.

Excellent, fast, friendly service, however I have one issue, SWA cable coiled up with sellotape, it may be convenient and cheap but this leaves a mark on the cable from the adhesive every metre or so which looks terrible on a newly installed cable all for the cost of a couple of cables ties or even a roll of insulating tape which does not leave dirty marks on the cable and I'm sure one roll will amply do many, many coils before running out, please tell your staff to stop using sellotape and provide them with and allow them to at least use insulating tape which leaves no marks on a brand new cable

ITS ALL DOWNHILL FROM THIS POINT ..... NO TRACKING INFORMATION IS GIVEN ... CUSTOMERS LEFT WAITING DAYS FOR GOODS THAT HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN POSTED OUT !!! .... IF I HADNT RANG THEM THE GOODS WOULD STILL BE SAT IN A WAREHOUSE !!! SAVE YOUR TIME ENERGY & MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE !!!

AVOID! Extremely poor service have been chasing an order for 16 days through ebay to finally receive what i ordered to be the completely wrong thing had to open case to try and get the right replacement sorted to which then they turned round to ebay saying I don't know what I'm trying to achieve?! Im a genuine buyer who's been wrongly sold goods and they're not even looking to even replace, disgusting service and very rude and now left with something I can't even use! I'd give them 0 stars if I could I don't care how your company replies your clearly in the wrong!

Avoid these shysters. By some distance, the worst experience I've ever had on eBay. Sent me out the wrong product, repeatedly lied to me about sending out a replacement which never arrived, then tried to blame it on eBay. Appalling.

Delivery time on the web site is a fantasy!! When I phoned to query why my next day delivery hadn't turned up I was told that "I have to understand they are dealing with couriers who aren't reliable" and was hung up on. Quickbit needs to understand they can't advertise a service that they cannot supply!!!!!

Absolute crap service. Rang 3 times to confirm order. Gave my phone number and email and paid with credit card over the phone. Made it clear that it was an urgent delivery and the guy on the phone said it should be with me next day. Waited till next day and when it didn't show up, called again to ask where it was and he said he'll call me back once he's tracked it. Didn't call back so I had to ring again to ask for an update. Then I was told it wouldn't be with me till Monday because apparently I hadn't paid for next day delivery even though he was the one who took my order so he should have placed it for next day! for the record, I ordered Thursday morning. I was well and truly annoyed at this so asked them how I could return it as it was too late for Monday delivery but they said they could cancel the order so obviously hadn't even sent it off yet. Will not be ordering from these guys again and would not recommend them either, AVOID unless you don't mind waiting ages
