I would not recommend buying anything in this shop as a tourist. Here is my story: I bought a wire cutter here for fixing something on my bike. I chose a small tool in a sealed plastic packaging. When I opened it, I realized that the "spring" of it is broken and the blades do not even touch each other fully. You can look through them even when fully closed. Useless. I brought it back to the shop next day, where the lady stated that the tool is perfect as it is. Then she said that she cannot replace or take it back, becase it is opened. Finally she said that they cannot do anything, I should contact the manufacturer and send them back as a postal package (on my own cost). I'm not an expert of the Slovenian law but I doubt that this is the official procedure. I obviously cannot do this during my holidays, so my money is lost and I remained with this bad experience...
