I have waited to get the tracker well over a month. After it finally arrived I could not charge the battery. They eventually responded and sent a replacement. After waiting for weeks again, the replacement was also not working properly and components were missing. Luckily I still had the old package so I managed the installation. This time it did charge, but the operation was terrible! It seems that it randomly connects and goes into offline status. I could not see any offline status in the instruction manual. Activating an alarm takes forever and sometimes it just does not work even though it shows it is active. I still do not know how and when it detects movement. The battery was terrible and did not last more than a few days. Bikeflare does not work and it is a painful experience.
