Spontaan deze locatie gemaild met de vraag of we bij hen konden eten, gezien we in de buurt zaten. Dat kon. De locatie is geweldig, met uizicht over de wijnvelden en heuvels. De gastvrouw was ontzettend lief en sprak goed Engels. Het lokale eten, viergangenmenu, en de eigen wijnen waren puur genieten. Kortom, wie in deze regio is, grijp de kans om een plekje aan hun paar tafels te bemachtigen. Men zal geen spijt krijgen.

It was an amazing wedding day at your place, wonderful, surrounded with calm green hills full of vineyards, the personal very kind, and the food so delicious, made with home-grown ingredients. I was one of the bridemaids and so happy for my friend to celebrate this wonderful moment in her life at your place. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit you again while cycling around Goriška Brda.

A quaint boutique hotel, proprietors were very friendly and helpful. They were very gracious in their food and snack offerings. We had wonderful breakfasts and a delicious dinner. Toured their wine cellar and very much enjoyed their own line of wines.

We had an amazing stay in Hiša Štekar in October 2022. The rooms were comfortable,clean and with nice views on hills with vineyards. The owners were very polite and friendly.They prepared us good breakfest and culinary dinner,which was very tasty.We also tried their wines during the dinner and visited the cellar.We had an interesting discussion about the wine and wine production in Slovenia,Bled region. This area is suitable for cycling,walking. We were fully satisfied. The flowers,trees,plants make this place very special.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in den Weinbergen Sloweniens. Super nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück und permanent einen traumhaften Blick auf die Weinberge. Nichts zu hören bis auf Grillen und Vögel. Abendessen und Hauswein auch sehr zu empfehlen! Preise total angemessen. Kommen gerne wieder!

A beautiful spot with some incredible food, wine and historical places within a short distance. The glamping was fantastic, the rooms to a very high standard and their wines available in the mini fridge for a drink on the balcony. The restaurant and breakfast in a basket was a highlight, local and delicious produce and a helpful and friendly family service. Impressed.

Ambient lep, vse ostalo pod kritiko. Soba majhna, brez klime, postelje razmajane in tik pred razdrtjem, jogiji pa tako mehki, da se vgreznejo skoraj do tal in je na njih nemogoče spati. Osebje pa povsem indeferentno do kritike. Zajtrk minimalističen, osebje neprijazno in dajejo občutek, kot da so jim gosti odveč. Pa smo tam pustili skoraj 600 eur. Ne bodo nas več videli. Kaj takega še nismo doživeli.

- Rooms vary widely in size and quality. They were clean. Bathrooms were very small.||- The service was disastrous. When paying the receptionist was rude and cranky.||- Breakfast was very modest. Bread with butter and jam, coffee, crappy cheese and ham and a few bits of pastry. I've had better breakfasts in the cheapest hostels.||- But the worst part of the experience was dinner, which costs €30 for 4 courses.||2 vegetarians got the same food as non-vegetarians.||The starter was bruschetta - bread with tomato sauce and a piece of prosciutto - vegetarian option - just the sauce. With the mince with smoked meat, they just picked out the bits of meat - there were still a few bits of meat floating around. The pasta was with courgettes, cheese and ham - veggie option without the ham. It was almost inedible.||Main course: mashed potatoes, green beans cooked on an animal fat with bacon and a piece of pork -which was horrible. So for the vegetarian option they got only mashed potatoes.||We communicated our wish for vegetarian options 2 months in advance. We were charged full price for this mess. ||The wines were also below average.

Geweldig!!! We verbleven in een glamping huisje. Dit was perfect: het uitzicht was prachtig, alles was super schoon, een heerlijk bed om in te slapen en een super lekker ontbijt iedere dag voor onze deur neergezet. We hebben heerlijk bij het zwembad gelegen terwijl we de lekkere wijnen dronken die ze zelf maakten. Onze hond was ook welkom. De gastvrouw was super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Echt een super aanrader!!

Zelo prijazni gostitelji, čisto, urejena okolica, odlična hrana, in vino. Hiša obdana s cvetjem, prekrasen razgled. Ogromno vloženega dela skrbnih gospodarjev, skrbijo za okolje in varujejo dediščino pokrajine in prednikov.
