I was first here in 1977 and met with William Rhenquist in chambers. He kept falling asleep. This was prior to him being named Chief. The Roberts Court have sullied this building forever: let us learn from what is happening with our highest Court in the USA at this very moment. I was fortunate but had to wait about 45 minutes to get three clear photos.
