This gym used to be decent, but the customer service is terrible now. Forget your wristband more than three times in a year, and they won’t let you in unless you pay for a new one. Add to that overcrowded equipment, and it’s just not worth it anymore.

The worst fitness center I’ve been to. The wristband policy is just the tip of the iceberg. The staff is rude, and the machines are always either broken or occupied. Don’t waste your money here.

Great fitness gym and totally worth the membership fee giving all that it offers. So close to getting 5 stars because of the protein shake bar, location and ambient. Lacking just a few smaller things. The protein shake bar is just fantastic, the staff there super friendly and it's really a pleasure to stop there at the end to get a shake. It costs some $$ but I don't feel it's too much for what you get, I really like this part and sometimes go to this gym just because of this. Then it has to be mentioned that this location has the cleanest and tidiest washing amenities in the locker rooms. Never gets out of paper, never it feels dirty or anything, never lacks soap, really well taken care of. It has a scarce parking giving the traffic busy location and parking in the parking house is possible only after 16.30 which is useful only for some (if you want to park in the parking house, you need to call the reception by phone from the car and they open it for you). In the summer though, the air in the gym is hot and moisty, despite they have air conditioning. It was really hard to workout during the warm days because of this - it was far better to be in other locations. Overall, great place, just a few smaller things and it could be a 5 star for sure.

A bit crowded before 8 pm but otherwise great. Clean, air conditioned with all the equipment you need for a good workout. One time visit price, monthly membership price and towel rental prices are absurdly high but they make up for it with one of the cheapest yearly memberships in town.
