Academy 4 and the instructors exceeded all my expectations. I only did my advanced UPRT, but even during this short time I could see how devoted everyone was and passionate about aviation. Combination of instructors and Pipistrel Virus was a wining combination. I hope to fly with you guys again!

Thanks for great organization of AUPRT course and high level of professionalism. The course itself exceeded my expectations both in domain of acquired knowledge and quality. It was more demanding than expected which is additional benefit. Amazing experience, amazing airplane, amazing people. I got literaly nothing bad to say about the school and the way they do things. I finished my AUPRT in 2 days, and Neil was great in helping me through it. He is doing a great job making you feel confident in your skin, skill and in an airplane. Loved every second of the course and would reccomend it to anyone wanting to fly great airplane, with great instructors.

Just the thing you need! This flying school is just the perfect mixture of precision, diligence and free spirit. Based at a small and friendly airport next to busier airspaces, it gives you space to grow in your confidence as you build your knowledge base. Absolutely professional (no that sick macho attitude or bigotry). The planes might look small but throw a big punch. Once you finish the training, you will understand how this was the right decision as the skill you obtain is more than just the mandatory required by the examiner. And yes, the prices are awesome too.

The Academy 4 changed my life! (in a very good way, of course). It is very difficult for me to choose the words of the professionalism of the instructors during the training and also after the training. Extremely good-nice-friendly instructors, pilots, test pilots.. who are really dedicated to the student 100% ! At the same time with great emphasis on flight safety and again - extreme professionalism. Academy 4 has also very good, detailed - superbly maintained aircraft(s). The airport in Celje (LJCL) - where the Academy 4 operate is also superbly maintained! If this review allowed 10 stars, I would give it 10 without hesitation!

Opravljal sem teorijo PPL in sem zelo zadovoljen z izkušnjo, in se bom v prihodnje še obrnil na njih. Vsi so zelo ustrežljivi in hitro odgovorijo na kakršna koli vprašanja glede teorije, uporabe spletnega portala za učenje.... Spletni portal je enostaven za uporabo in prikazuje kaj moraš še narediti da se ne izgubiš saj se lahko sam odločiš kdaj se boš učil. Spletni portal usebuje več uzorcev izpitnih uprašanj iz prejšnjih let. Predvsem pa hvala gospodu Sašu za uso pomoč.

Notes of my experience: Online study material that is always up-to-date and interesting from a technical and illustrative point of view. Modern, HIGHLY SAFE and reliable aircraft with glass-cockpit and autopilot and ballistic parachute, gave me the confidence that I needed as pilot to run the course without second thoughts, the school exploits every aspect to emulate the aerodynamic performance and the human factor of airline flights to the maximum, simulating particular scenarios in flight, useful for creating conditions where it is necessary to have situation awareness, decision making keeping in mind the human factor. Detailed and punctual briefing, full of useful information with references to technical problems, the human factor and planning. The course went BEYOND my expectations, giving me further ability in flying judgement, problem solving, but above all it broadened my situation-awareness, coordinating the actions undertaken in unusual cases (UPSET) in the cockpit. The approach from the INSTRUCTORS has no precedent in my career as a pilot, they have added another level to my career! HIGHLY TRAINED, cordial and understanding instructors transformed my doubts and insecurities into certainties and skills, all in a three-hour flight. No aspect has been left to chance. I must say during my A-UPRT course I was amazed by the knowledge and professionalism of both Saso and Neil. They were amazing instructors that cared about every detail. The Virus is an amazing plane as well, equipped with modern glass cockpit and with jet-like performance. I can recommend this school to everyone planning to do the A-UPRT course.

I am a former student of Academy 4 and if you are wondering where to do AUPRT training, I have the answer. ACADEMY 4. Why? You will meet two passionate guys, Saso and Neil, who have an answer to every question, who are very experienced and very professional. They will show you and teach you more than anywhere else and confirm and show you practically the answer to your question so that you have no doubts and you can see for yourself. The contract says three hours of flight and I got four without additional payment. Saso is a test pilot who pushes airplanes to their limits every day. For everyone who needs AUPRT training, I recommend it and recommend it again. You just feel safe with these guys in the air.

We were a ground of 5 and we did A-UPRT in just 2 days . The instructors are very experienced and highly professional . The Virus is a modern glass-cockpit aircraft . They have an online programm where you study the theory . We had so much funn I highly recommend . It was worth it

After lots of dissapointment with other schools I've had experience with, Akademija 4 is really a pleasant surprise. Performed A-UPRT with this school and all I can say is that I can not reccomend them enough. From location, proffesional approach to the curriculum and really polite and skillful instructors who know the matter. Plane which is used for training(Pipistrel Virus) packs a punch well beyond it's category and is really joy to fly. All I can add is that if you choose them you will not be dissapointed.

Akademija 4, kot sami rečejo; Akademija z imenom in priimkom. Vsi so zelo dobri predavatelji in piloti z veliko izkušnjami na različnih področjih. Urejena in obsežna spletna baza teoretičnega gradiva za šolanje. Sam sem v Akademiji 4 opravljal teoretični del za PPL, zelo zadovoljen z uporabniško izkušnjo, inštruktorji pa so na voljo ob vsakem trenutku. Sašo in ekipa, le tako naprej!

Very nice AUPRT course that is done very professionally with a nice airplane and very knowledgeable instructors who take time to explain every maneuver thoroughly. Enjoyed recovering airplanes from different upsets. Would definitely recommend it.

I did my AUPRT training at Academy 4. I must say that this training and this flight school has outgrown my expectations and that this training was worth every penny. Modern aircraft with modern avionics. An online theory course which you can access and study from wherever and whenever you want, which I think is great for people not having time to go to classic classroom lectures. Standardized fleet so you don't have to be afraid of aircraft being AOG and you not completing your course on time. Great instructors, one of them still an active captain with a lot of different experiences throughout his career, and the second one being the Pipistrel test pilot. And I think that there is not a better person to train AUPRT with than the man that tested the limits of the aircraft that you will be doing your training on. One big Thank you to Mr. Neil and Mr. Sašo for pushing me beyond my limits or at least what I thought they were and creating a new set of knowledge and flying skills that will for sure come in handy one day.
