It's terrible, they don't cut anything at all. I have long hair, I order a stepped haircut, I get a straight cut, she dyed my hair and I waited 1 hour, she cut my hair in 5 minutes, paid 83 euros, and this is the third time. Cheating people. They don't see me anymore.

Terrible experience at the hair salon in the Supernova mall! The employee who cut my hair did not speak Slovenian, which is absurd for a salon in Slovenia. Before putting on the cape, she did not put on seam protection, which is a serious violation of sanitary norms. During the haircut, she spread false myths, claiming that hair grows faster if you cut it regularly. Her professional skills were at a catastrophically low level: she cut terribly, made crooked sections and gross mistakes, which showed complete indifference to her work. The result of the haircut was simply disgusting! My haircut did not correspond to the picture I showed, nor to my wishes, which I expressed before the start. The obvious incompetence and questionable education of this employee is of great concern. Shame on the management for hiring such unprofessionals! This is unacceptable for a salon that offers hair cutting services. I am very disappointed and do not recommend anyone to visit this salon. Management misconduct and employee incompetence.
