I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lassana Hair Salon. The staff's attitude was nothing short of insulting and disrespectful. The hairstylist was unprofessional and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect from a service provider. My concerns and preferences were completely disregarded, and I left the salon feeling humiliated and unsatisfied with the result. I strongly advise others to avoid this salon if they value respectful and professional treatment. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

I went for a walk-in haircut and got an appointment within 30 min. Super friendly staff and the stylist Tanja fixed my previously botched haircut really nicely. She consulted me first and we discussed possible solutions and the result was exactly what we agreed upon. I’m very pleased and will be coming back for sure! 😁
