I went there in person to get some information. The guy was on the phone, so I patiently waited inside for some time. So in the end I asked for their card to give them a call rather than waiting since I didn't want to wait FOREVER for the guy to finish his call... After that I did call them how many times I don't remember (on different days and time). No answer at all. Great customer service!
