Konec avgusta sem bila operirana na ortopediji: TEP kolka; zelo sem bila zadovoljna z oskrbo, sestre in bratje so prijazni, toplosočutni in skrbni. Pohvala seveda tudi kirurški ekipi z dr.Silvestrom na čelu, očitno so naredili vse OK, saj že skoraj skakljam okoli, zasluga gre seveda tudi odločni in prijazni fizioterapevtki....če sem koga pozabila; vsi ( tudi vratar in usmerjevalec, čistilka....) so bili prijazni in profesionalni, tudi vzdušje in ozračje v bolnišnici je pacientu prijazno,kar tako naprej! Ravno po dveh operacijah ter tedenskem ležanju na travmatološkem oddelku. Same pohvale, odličen ter skrben kirurg doktor Carrota se je res potrudil z mojo razsuto nogo. Fizioterapevti, ter vse sestre so vedno prijazni ter ustrežljivi. Še enkrat, izjemno pozitivna izkušnja, kljub temu da sem se bolnišnic do sedaj bal. Kapo dol.

Ich musste aufgrund eines Notfalls im Urlaub in Slowenien hier ins Krankenhaus. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit über wunderbar betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch wurden mir alle Befunde schnell und verständlich wie mitfühlend vermittelt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem gesamten Personal der Gynäkologie sowie der Chrirurgie.

Povredio sam koleno na skijanju u Kranjskoj Gori, dovezli su me kolima hitne pomoći izuzetno ljubazni momci. Brzo su me primili i pregledali, uradili rentgenske snimke, doktorke i svo osoblje su vrlo profesionalni, a ljubazni. Odlazak u bolnicu nikada nije prijatno iskustvo, ali ovde je zaista sve bilo kako treba.

As a foreigner new to Slovenia, I was quite nervous during my pregnancy, particularly when it came to labor and delivery. This was due to my lack of knowledge of the Slovenian language and my unfamiliarity with the healthcare system. It was also my first pregnancy. However, thanks to the excellent birthing center at Jesenice Hospital and my incredible husband, who acted as my advocate, my experience was as comfortable and smooth as possible despite the inherent discomfort of labor. The staff not only respected my birth plan but also provided unwavering support and intervention when needed. They allowed my husband and me space to go through the process naturally and bond with our newborn in the most beautiful way possible. They even let us bond for two hours post-delivery before intervening with all the standard procedures like weighing and measuring the baby. The facility was clean, comfortable, and catered to our every need, leaving us feeling nourished and cared for during our entire stay. We booked the family room, which was very large, with a big bed, kitchen, and bathroom. I felt the nurses and midwives were like fairy godmothers because they would come in and whisk our baby away, giving us time to rest, eat, and bathe, and they would bring her back all changed, clean, and sleeping peacefully. The meals were delicious, and they even catered to our vegetarian needs. The care was so supportive that I even felt nervous leaving because we were so comforted by all the support while we were there. Fortunately, the staff gave us lots of guidance and advice before we left. We were even sent home with a huge diaper bag full of goodies and personal baby care products. Also, my lack of knowledge of the Slovenian language was no issue, and communication was easy. I have warm and good memories when I think back to my experience giving birth at Jesenice Hospital. Of course, the labor experience is intense, scary, and overwhelming, but you are in great hands with the incredible team at Jesenice and the lovely and peaceful setting. It doesn't feel like a loud, chaotic hospital setting where you feel pressure for things to move quickly. The staff was so patient and supportive and so very kind. I recommend choosing Jesenice for your birthing hospital.
