Fantastic castle. We have been to a few restored castle’s during our travels and honestly some of them have been over restored to the stage there is no authenticity. Not the case with Celje Castle, we enjoyed our time here, and even with some restoration you still get a feel of how that castle used to look. Brilliant views of the valleys and Celje, worth the €7. We walked from the parking at the rail station. Special mention to the gentleman on the front desk who was informative and friendly and the lady serving in the coffee shop again friendly and makes an amazing coffee. Definitely worth a visit. Avevo basse aspettative, ma visita al castello mi ha sorpreso positivamente. Sia per l'organizzazione, che per la vista e anche il servizio. Durata giro 1 ora circa, costo biglietto 7e, di cui 1e omaggio per caffè o altro al bar che c'è al interno. Consiglio.
