Zelo lepo obnovljen grad v katerem so se in se še bo marsikaj dogajalo. Žal je trenutno v veliko omejitev zaradi covida.

Krasen grad s čudovitim razgledom in izjemno ohranjenostjo originala... Zelo prijazni domačini,se posebej gre pohvala turističnemu društvu Žužemberk.

Very cool castle, even better view out of it. Too bad millions of tourists go past it on the highway without even knowing it exists. I stumbled upon it when I took the scenic road from Novo mesto to Ljubljana, just to make things interesting. Wasn't disapointed. Free entrance and it's all yours to explore. Sadly, the wine cellar was closed that day, too bad, I was in the mood of buying some wine ... but that only made us promise that we'd return. Make sure you plan your visit during some local festivals - that makes the interesting castle even more of an attraction.

It is a great renovated castle ruin. The entry is free, but you can donate the place. You can walk over almost the whole castle by yourself. It used for open air theater events, and for weddings. The view is fantastic from the tower to the river. Also is you go to the nerby restaurants you will enjoy the view of the castle.
