Trüffel Hunt war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis für die Kids mit der besten Balance aus Info und Aktion. Verkostung danach war wirklich gut. Da es in jedem Gang um Trüffel geht, bekommt dieser natürlich eine ausgeprägte Dominanz, ohne dass an den Einzelteilen irgendetwas auszusetzen wäre.

最高の体験でした！今まで食べてたトリュフがなんだったのかと思うほど別物！ハンティングの後のトリュフテイスティングは感動もので新鮮なトリュフの香りがここまで違うのかと本当に驚きで満載です。そして極上のトリュフでお腹いっぱいになる贅沢！ゲップでさえトリュフの香りがする様になりますよ。トリュフハンティングもとっても楽しくて、白トリュフがクロアチア🇭🇷のイストラ半島とイタリアのアルバ🇮🇹でしか取れないのは土壌が似ているなど、トリュフの事など色々勉強になりました。ワンちゃん達もとっても人懐っこくて最高でした！警察犬をトレーニングする様に訓練している様で、とっても賢いワンちゃん達ばかりで楽しかったです。

Underbart ställe. Hade helst velat åka på tryffeljakt, men insåg att det inte funkade för oss denna gång, så vi åkte till butiken istället. Fick en genomgång av produkterna och provsmaka det vi var intresserade av. Allt smakade gudomligt och de som hjälpte oss var mycket kunniga. Åker gärna tillbaka.

Arranged a truffle hunt with Daniela over email. Great jeep defender to bring me to a nearby private forest for the truffles hunt. Guide was awesome and knowledgeable. I did not note his name but he was originally from Slovenia. Had a great chat with him. 40 mins of historical lesson on the Pietro family and truffles in Istria. Afterwards, a quick 15 minute of truffle hunting which led to 2 black summer truffles found. “Pitbull” the young dog seems distracted most times with crickets/bugs or he should be able to find more. Good experience though! After the hunt, 3 course tasting was presented delightfully which I think was as good as the hunt itself. The highlight for me was the scrambled eggs which were cooked perfectly and paired well with truffles. Overall, 5 star! A little room for improvement: hope in the future the truffles hunt may be longer and more intense as in we can venture deeper into the forest.
