Prijazno so nas sprejeli in predstavili svojo dejavnost. Bili smo postreženi z pršutom,slanino, kruhom, olivami in z zelo dobrim vinom.

Odličen pršut, siri, domač kruh, grozdni sok in ostalo. Poučna in zanimiva izkušnja. Pravljični ambient ob stari murvi. Predvsem pa izrazito prijazni, prijetni, komunikativni in dostopni zaposleni. Res krasno popoldne v njihovi družbi. Hvala! :)

Never cease to amaze. Since the first time we visited, this is the best prsut (cured ham) that we ever tasted. Book in advance and you are in for a treat. Very brief guided tour through family led curing process followed by a delicious tasting experience, also with hand cutting of the whole leg. An option to purchase some sliced or whole hams to take home. They also have an online shop for replenishing when you run out. Very recommended.

Very delicious ham, not the usual salty taste, a creamy soft ham, 24+ and the price is for this extraordinary quality and taste a superior offer😋 We had at home, a aperitif with these 24+ ham, and wine from the Vipava Valley. All our guests ware very suppriced about the good taste and quality. I will come back around Christmas for the next😋

Great experience! The tour and workshop are quite interesting and fun. You‘ll learn more than you‘d expect! But most importantly: the pršut is amazing. Together with good cheese, wine, and the cozy atmosphere we really enjoyed our time here!
