Worst experience ever!|Small bed, no comfort at all|Dirty bathroom with fungus in shower|Nina (so called manager) is not flexible nor client oriented!|A reception desk on the third floor…. Only stairs so you have to carry luggage all the way up!|No parking, closest one is at 500m!

The room is spacious and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is great as it is located in the city center. The room has good amenities but you need to pay attention to the glass provided as it was still sticky so I need to wash it before using it. Unfortunately this hotel does not have lift so if you bring big luggages it could be inconvenient. The bathroom does not have exhaust fan so it could be a bit stuffy.

Amazing place. We stayed in Unit 4 which was newly renovated and very nicely designed and decorated. It was a very large space enough to comfortably fit 2 or 4 people. The bathroom was the largest I’ve seen. Good water pressure. Location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to town. You will not be disappointed!!

We had an enjoyable stay at Galeria River. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The building is a beautiful historic landmark and its location is just perfect. We will definitely visit again.

In viaggio a Lubiana, dopo aver soggiornato in altre strutture nelle sere precedenti, ci fermiamo una notte in questa struttura. Prenotazione su booking ad un prezzo molto economico. Arriviamo in struttura proprio a bordo del fiume. La reception non parla per niente italiano, parliamo in inglese. Ci mostra tutto in modo chiaro. La camera molto bella, spaziosa, con una vista mozzafiato. L'unica pecca il piumone non è abbastanza grande per tutto il letto, quindi si perde facilmente.

Beautiful lake view, excellent location. I recommend this hotel's second floor 'Zois apartments' for better quality and value, and more comfortable working desks than the rooms on the third floor. Wifi worked very well most of the time for work/Zoom. Reception has very limited hours, but the ladies are super helpful and responsive to issues occuring between 11am-6pm. The bathroom in my original room had a health&safety problem; when I explained the situation and insisted it wasn't suitable, they changed my room to a similar lakeview one almost immediately. While I wouldn't necessarily stay again, I think it's a good value option if you stay on floor 2.

Nice and cozy rooms with great heating and the staff is really nice but the building has no elevators. It can be difficult to carry luggage through the stairs if the bags are big.

Nice place to stay a few days. The location is perfect, in the city center and by the river. Nina was really helpful and corteous. Everything was clean. Only downside is being in the 3rd floor with stairs option only.

Struttura in una posizione magnifica e buona per visitare Lubiana ma non me la sento di dare più di tre stelle.|Punti forti:|Posizione centrale|Letto comodo|Stanza e bagno grande|Ambiente caldo|Tv molto grande|Punti negativi:|Situato al 3 piano senza ascensore ( anche se lo sapevo prima di prenotare ma l’ho scelto comunque avendo pochi bagagli al seguito)|Kit cortesia bagno scarso( per due persone solo 1 bagnodoccia e 1 balsamo)|Asciugamani piccoli( quello per la doccia era grande più o meno come uno di quelli che si usano per il viso)|Manca il bidet|Check - in possibile fino alle 20. Fino alle ore 21 check-in possibile con sovrapprezzo di € 20,00, come da mia esperienza diretta. |Avevamo perso il primo autobus e siamo arrivati alle 20:30 ma durante il viaggio la struttura mi scriveva dicendo di arrivare necessariamente entro le 21 altrimenti non sarebbe stato più possibile fare il check-in. Comprendo le regole della struttura, ma c’era stato un imprevisto e durante tutto il viaggio sono stata in ansia temendo di non trovare la reception aperta e questo non è un buon inizio per una vacanza

Super Lage und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gepäck durften wir vor Ankunft abgeben bis das Zimmer frei wurde. Wir kommen wieder.
