Good value for the money. Rooms are big and clean, location is nice and breakfast is ok. The host is very friendly too. One bad thing is that there are only two bath rooms, so the queue was quite long sometimes.

Very nice and helpful host who gave us directions where to go, eat, what to visit.Cleanliness of the guesthouse is really impressive. ||||There is a dining area with nice terrase overlooking the river and the Ljubljana castle, truly relaxing to hang out or have a drink. There is no ability to cook, but you have at your disposal a common fridge, microwave and an electric kettle. Cookies, fruits, teas and coffee are always at our disposal as well. ||||Breakfast was really good, served on a time when we wanted to. So even if you go late for a breakfast it won't happen that something was already eaten before and you have only what others don't like. Good coffee and still hot boiled eggs (so they are not cooked the day before).||||It's an ideal place for a calm stay. Before making a reservation we've read some reviews and we were surprised that someone is complaining about that. It's not a problem not to smoke inside or keep quite at night and slippers are really nice idea! It's made for your comfort so if you don't like that - book student dormitory instead and don't complain :)))

Godt stille sted ved floden og tæt på Ljubljana.||Rent stor værelse og badeværelse. God morgenmad.||Men se regler for stedet, børn er uønsket.||Stedet har også bøderegler man IKKE kan læse før man kommer. Se billederne.||Glemmer man at tage sko af i entreen, Bøde 20 Euro||Rygning kun tilladt vej vejen/parkering, Bøde 125 Euro og man skal betale for næste gæst indlogeres andet sted.||Ikke indskrevne gæster i huset bøde 4.200,- euro.||Ellers et godt sted||Meget hjælpsom vært.||Man får udleveret sutsko, man skal bruge fra entreen og i hele huset. Egne sko er bandlyst i huset. ||Grunden til KUN en stjerne er bøderegler, man IKKE kan læse før man kommer.

The guesthouse is about a 30 minute walk from the bus station. Conveniently, its only about 5 minutes from an Aldi (Hofer) supermarket. The proprietor is friendly and helpful, particularly with tourist information. My room was clean and quiet. The shared bathroom was nice enough but the shower needs upgrading. The wifi wasn't particularly fast but it was reliable. The breakfast was basic but it hit the spot. The view of the river from the breakfast room is lovely.

We stayed for 3 nights, booked well in advance. Upon arriving we got lots of information on Ljubljana and Slovenia from the owner, some of this contradicting prior information we were given by various locals. No problem really.||||Sleeping quarters and facilities were in order except for one thing. Our room opened to the dining room (separate bathroom), so in the morning when you wanted to freshen up for breakfast, first thing to do was saying hello to other guests already at the table. I really hated this. There is only one room with this drawback and we were the 'lucky' tenants.||||The house has lots of rules, most of them printed on sheets of paper hung on strategic places. First rule to encounter was the need for every guest to wear slippers in the house. Your shoes remain at the entrance, to change back when leaving te house. Not wearing slippers would result in a fine, just like smoking inside or on the balcony, checking out or in outside the designated time frame and taking someone to the room.||||The house is spotlessly clean, any germ or virus will die here for lack of sustenance.||Apart from my remarks one can safely book this place, the beds are perfect which is rather important for a stay. Pricing is right too and if you love rules you'll have a field day.||||Breakfast a little meager though. My wife has a gluten intolerance so special bread was bought, which was nice. The third morning however she stil ate from the same bread which by then was almost stale. A bit stingy I would say, especially since we found out that gluten-free stuff is easy to find in most super markets in Slovenia.

Ironically the name of this hotel is soul, but there is no soul in this place. It's very well organised with strict rules (penalties for smoking and wearing Sjors in the house) and very clean. A cleaner place I have never slept in, incredible. Shared bathrooms but no problem because there are not many rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. We did not have breakfast, but we liked the facility of making tea and a frigde to use. The rooms are also clean. A double bed with separate sheets, a pitty when you like to lay together closely with your beloved one. Bed was ok, but not superb. Our room was situated close to a busy road. With Windows closer the noise was acceptabel but we love to sleep with open window. View from balcony at Riverside is amazing, car sound are more less at that Side. Acceptable distance from city, reccomandation to rent bikes, beautiful cycling along the river to hotel.

We stayed there two nights at easter time im so happy that we find this place! |The guesthouse is so clean,nice and cozy. |Room was big, clean and bed was comfy. |Batrooms were at each floot - both very clean and spacious! Had all the toiletries u could need (shower gel, shampoo, qtips, cotton pads...) |Breakfast - simple continental - tasty. |The best was guesthouse owner! So nice amd humble person. Gives u maps and tips and tricks about Lubljana! He was there always to help u! Amazing job! |It is about 15-20minutes to city centre.|We stayedat many hotels, hostels and pensions but this one was really one of the best. |If we ever go back to the Lubljana will stay here for sure.|Sending love. |♥||*** we payed 125€ for two nights with breakfast***|

I stayed here for 3 nights and what a great find. Although there is bus stops close by it's only a 30 minute walk into the city centre along the river. I'd highly recommend this place as it was lovely and clean. I was in a double room and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and informative on what to do and see in this wonderful city.

Al llegar Sergi nos atendió enseguida. Nos hizo una explicación súper completa de qué sitios visitar. Nos dio mapas en castellano, nos enseñó toda la casa. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, con un buen secador y mobiliario útil. La cama y la temperatura siempre ideal a pesar de ir Noviembre no hacía nada de frío dentro de la casa. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hostal y no un hotel la calidad es buenísima. El desayuno te lo sirve cada día a la hora que necesites entre las 8-10h y personalizado. Te da diferentes opciones (si eres alérgico, vegetariano o nosotros por ejemplo que no estamos acostumbrados a desayunar huevos siempre teníamos alternativas). Todo muy rico y recién hecho. Limpieza espectacular. Tenía mis dudas con el baño compartido, pero estaba siempre perfecto. Tienes que usar zapatillas de estar por casa (no puedes entrar con tus propios zapatos) lo cual ayuda mucho a la limpieza y aparte es muy silenciosa la casa. El trato súper amable. No tenemos queja alguna. ||Por poner un pero, vimos que tenía parking aunque como mucho son 3 sitios. Al ser noviembre no hubo problema, pero imagino que en temporada alta será más difícil. Está a una media hora caminando del centro. Lo elegimos así para no tener problemas para aparcar el coche de alquiler, así que perfecto.

Нормально чтобы остановиться на пару ночей. Общие сан.узлы. Чисто. Но. Есть свои внутренние правила что делает пребывание не комфортным, например, при входе нужно переобуться в тапочки и только потом пройти в свой номер. За нарушение штраф 25 евро. Тапочки, на минуточку, не одноразовые, их уже носил кто то. На букинге указан русский язык в качестве одного из языков персонала - в доме ни одной надписи на русском, все на английском. Ресепшена нет, если что, то только звонить на сотовый (ага, в роуминге! Спасибо) ну или в звонок входной двери... PS Уважаемые владельцы гостевого дома. Я уже поняла что у вас далеко не феррари, а жигули. Мне есть с чем сравнивать и я имею право поделиться своим впечатлением. Ваше право воспринимать все в штыки и не пытаться улучшить что-либо. Good hotel close to citycenter. Nice Rooms and good breakfast served; and very helpfull host receiving us. Only drawback the shared bathrooms, which did queue up a bit in the mornings. Bus connections and city-bike station right outside door made it easy to get to center.

Замечательный семейный отель. Владельцы- милая семейная пара, всегда готовы помочь, очень вежливые и отзывчивые. Номера очень уютные и чистые. Ванные комнаты - в превосходном состоянии. Отличные завтраки. Расположение отеля хорошее. Рекомендуем.
