The room is clean and spacious. They provide tea bag, electric kettle, cups, hair dryer, shampoo, and shower cream. There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs. The sound insulation is poor, but it's still tolerable for me.

It is really terrible . I found my self charged for two rooms for me instead of logically one but they refused. Then I tried to cancel one of them and ask for refund they also refused and even to give me the keys of the 2 rooms that I already payed they also refused because they already rented it for another guest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is disgusting experience .they only care about receiving money even if they receive it by mistake. It is fraud to rent the same room for two different guests at the same night.... I read many comments about their care about only €€€€€ even they don't care about their reputation.The bathroom is with molds not cleaned enough. They refused to let me wash also they include it in their facilities Avoid Avoid Avoid

Abbiamo prenotato una notte in questa struttura tramite Booking nel centro di Lubiana. Abbiamo pagato veramente poco tramite Booking e in struttura solo la tassa di soggiorno in struttura di circa 6€. La camera era una quadrupla molto spaziosa con bagno in camera, quest'ultimo però non aveva il bidet ( come capita spesso ). La posizione è ottima, la pulizia pure e l'accoglienza è stata puntuale ed efficiente. Sicuramente un ottimo punto di riferimento se dovessi tornare a Lubiana.

Need new management because they do not care about customer health. Asked for a refund for hotel room due to illness, and only asked for it 3 days after booking. They said I either have to show up or lose my money. They are willing to put other guests at risk of sickness as well. And this is on a busy weekend in Ljubljana where they are sold out and can easily find another customer, or book me for another weekend. They care more about the €€ than customer health and safety. ||Avoid at all cost.

Just as advertised. Clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. The place is located just next to the city centre (2 min of walking). The entrance was a little difficult to find, you can find it on the right side, with your back facing the street. We had a great time here and definitely want to come back.

Buona posizione a pochi passi dal centro e a 1km da un parcheggio gratuito nel weekend. Unica nota, al nostro arrivo il venerdì ci siamo accordati per lasciare i bagagli nella struttura domenica dopo l'orario di check out. Ci è stato chiesto di mandare un messaggio di avviso il giorno prima, cosa che abbiamo fatto, ma senza ricevere risposta. Giunto il momento di lasciare i bagagli, abbiamo provato a chiamare i numeri della struttura ma di nuovo nessuna risposta. Posto comodo ma personale assente.

We stayed 3 nights, it was quite good, clean, cosy, really close to a city centre, maybe 100m from it, everything was satisfactory, we will be coming back, when we visit Ljubljana again. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Im Bad hat es gesmüffelt vom Duschablauf.Im Zimmer war eine Steckdose defekt wo schon die Stromkabel rausgeschaut hatten. ein kleiner Tischventilator wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.Sonst Betten waren in Ordnung.

Was will man mit einem Zimmer? Die Lage ist unübertroffen sehr gut. 50 m zum Zentrum am Fluss. Perfekt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sehr klein. Es hat ein Bett und ein Bad. Alles sauber. Kein TV. Kein klima. Kein Frühstück. Kein Luxus. Dafür kleinste Übernachtungskosten. Also was will man. Wir haben uns für eine Nacht in ljubliana entschieden und das gesparte in guten Wein am Abend investiert.

Die Ankunft war super freundlich, die Lage ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber und gut. Allein das Bad war nicht gut durchdacht und war bei Ankunft noch sehr feucht. Die Feuchtigkeit entsteht, wenn man duscht, da es keine richtige Abtrennung der Dusche zur Toilette bzw. zum Bad gibt. Die ständige Feuchtigkeit zeigt sich bereits an der Decke. Die dafür eingerichtete Belüftung läuft leider abhängig vom Nutzer und deshalb wohl stets zu kurz.

Very nice place to stay! Very clean rooms with all the space you need. They have a washing machine at the alley, so all the basic stuff you need is there. And it is a 1 minute walk to the city centre!

Coole Räume direkt im City Center. Alles sauber und neu, Ausstattung funktional. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
