Posto carino, in posizione abbastanza centrale, e parlano un discreto italiano. Buon assortimento di antipasti, anche se le porzioni sono un po' scarsine, mentre la carne è veramente fantastica, e lì - per fortuna - le porzioni erano più generose. Il prezzo è nella media, e tutto sommato giusto, anche se le porzioni, come dicevo, per alcuni piatti sono un po' risicate.

The food and service here was impeccable. The owners are so lovely. Honestly this place does not get a 4.9 rating for no reason. It absolutely deserves it. My husband was very hesitant to try the Colt sirloin but once he did he was a convert. It was juicy tender and tasty. The sommelier was very helpful in selecting a beautiful Merlot wine to accompany the meal. Stellar dinner! But book in advance. We were very lucky to get the last table which was by the bar when we arrived at 6.50pm.

I had Slovenia trip for 8 days. I went Piran, Bled, and Ljubljana, Compa is definitely Slovenia's best restaurant. The meat is perfect and the food is excellent. It is so popular that if you don't make a reservation, you won't be able to get a seat. The servers are very friendly and professional.

A must go restaurant in Ljubljana! Staffs are very helpful and food is superb. It might be a bit tricky to get a table here, bc it’s popular. If you can, I recommend you make a reservation.

Oh man. I turned up 10 minutes before the place opened on a cold Monday night, and just managed to get a seat at the bar. The menu is incredibly simple, this place is all about top-quality very simple food. It's not actually on the main tourist drag right by the river, it's actually one street back with the falafel joints and cool little shop.
The place was crazy busy, lots of people coming in without bookings and getting turned away. Prices are pretty reasonable I thought. Not cheap, but I didn't feel gouged at all. Staff were amazingly nice (but rushed off their feet even on Monday). The place seems to be popular with ex-pats (lots of English speaking), with a smattering of locals and a few tourists.
What makes a restaurant truly memorable? Sometimes it's the food, sometimes the service, sometimes the location. But sometimes it almost seems like magical convergence of all the elements.

Locale carino nella zona di metlkova parlano italiano, servizio gentile e cortese, ma si credono un ristorante stellato, come le porzioni dei piatti rispetto al prezzo.
Un antipasto servitori un tagliere molto trasmetterà composto da 2 spicchi di formaggio groviera 2 cubetti di parmigiano 3 olive 6 fettine di salame piccolo e due pezzetti di cachi secchi, radicchio alla griglia buono ma é un contorno 2 pezzetti di radicchio con olio e parmigiano 6 euro. Ok che presentano i piatti come se fossero a masterchef ma con olio Conad in tavola non mi sembra un'ottima scelta! Perplesso
