My reviewed changed as staff is becoming increasingly rude to customers. It is not direct rudeness but passive aggressive attitude. Asking how they are doing, greeting them gets a really awkward response from staff on the counters when paying. The staff seem to be tired and disinterested. They explain what is there but tone of voice, having more patience with customers and being a human being to a customer is as critical or more than the products you sell. I hope you can help your staff with better training, giving them enough and quality time to rest and motivate them appropriately so they can treat customers as good as any other decent human being.
