The best part about this hostel is the staff. Pir and Tim are incredible and went way out of their way to help me with tips and services to make my stay in Slovenia incredible. The hostel facilities are adequate, particularly in the dorm rooms that have air conditioning. The location is not directly in the center, but not that far away either. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel because of the staff and the value!

Amazing time spent here. They make you feel at home and are so helpful. They have amazing recommendations and provide a cheap yet great laundry service! Location is abit away from the centre but taxis are cheap and you can always rent a bike for 6€!! 24hr bakery nearby and a café that gives you a discount. You can get a bus to Bled really nearby also. Will be back again!

Amazing time at this hostel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had issues with a bus company getting to the hostel on my preferred dates, when I contacted Aladin Hostel, they called assured me they could change the dates to suit me without any extra charges. While at the hostel Tim was friendly and incredibly informative about what to do in the city. I would recommend any backpacker, traveller, to choose aladin hostel while in Ljubljana. I extended my stay because it was so good. Busses to Lake Bled were easy to get, and the city was beautiful. Try to book time during a Friday as well for the local food festival!! Thanks Tim, and the rest of the staff. I will always remember my time here. James.

Aardig personeel, mooi en schoon hostel met een poole tafel(!). Wel erg ver van het centrum en moeilijk te bereiken zonder auto, omdat het bus systeem lastig is. Zou het hostel op zichzelf wel aanraden

Loved my stay here, Tim (the owner) was particularly friendly. He gave me excellent advice and suggestions. Soca Valley was my favorite part of Slovenia, thanks for the tip! Clean, comfortable hostel.

The sleeping is inpossibile. OK, it is a hostel, but you pay for it, a that the minimum requrement is some hours for sleeping and relaxing. Well it does not work. If you would like to sleep, you should to forget it.

Dear guest, I am sorry you had problems with sleeping. Like you said, this is hostel and guests like to communicate, hangout, socialize,... sometimes it is a little louder like at that night you stayed since one guest had birthday. I am sorry about the problems you had because of that. But I think 11PM is still not that late... regards and thank you for staying at Aladin.

Great staff, great rooms, and super chill atmosphere. Great area to hang out and chill. I really hope Disney doesn't sue these guys - it probably helps that they spelled it with one D instead of two. The only problem that the place had this really strange smell - I didn't know what it was, it wasn't bad though.

Aladin Hostel is a great place to stay. It is well-located in Šiška, close to many bus routes and in fairly close proximity to the centre. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. The owner, Tim, is really pleasant and always helpful if you have a question or need assistance. If you are staying for a while, note that the kitchen doesn't have an oven and only one stovetop, so it is best for only cooking simple dishes. Overall I have had a great stay and would recommend it.
