The communication is a huge lack and there is no reception at this place. If you are arriving early or need to drop bag - then they will not pick up your call or nor respond on time. You are effectively wasting 70% of your day in keeping bag at other place and then picking up again. Secondly as the check-in time is post 3pm it makes zero sense especially in winter for someone who is arriving from a different city as most of the places are closed early. The walls of the rooms were paper thin thereby causing lot of noise leakage in the room. Humble request is to pay extra and stay somewhere closeby where you’ll have hotel reception and flexible checkin hours

A perfect room for "we won't be in the room much anyways" type of tourists. Great location and all the privacy for comfortable sleep. Those rooms work a bit like a hostel since the bathrooms are common. There's also a small kitchen (sink, stove and a little bit of cutlery) and a fridge you can use. The rooms mostly just suit a bed with very little storage space besides - i was not bothered by that since you probably planned to explore Ljubljana anyways.

A few things: 1. Shower mount broken, so it only sprays at the wall. 2. Check-in is an 8 minute walk away, which is a massive pain if you just walked 8 minutes with all your bags since there isn't good parking in the neighbourhood. 3. Passive aggressive note on the door shaming you for not knowing that check-in is in a totally different hotel. That's ridiculous by itself, but I checked my emails, and it only looks like they had sent a note around 3 pm day-of. Maybe I just need to grow up and stop trying to save on hotels.

In general, good place to stay as a solo traveller. Budget friendly private rooms if you compare to other hostels in Ljubljana. There was everything what you need, shared kitchen and bathroom worked well. Walls are thin so remember earplugs if you are not use to share space with others. One minus was that room smelled cigarettes.

Plenty of space for our family in 2 rooms. Kitchen is a bit of rough shape, but serviceable. Nice neighborhood, quiet and perfect for walking just anywhere in old town and outskirts.

Great location and room, especially for the price. I managed to lock myself out of my room in the middle of the night and the manager came very quickly to let me back in! Would highly recommend.

While the service was good, I never stayed in a place with the walls so thin I could hear literally everything happening in the rooms all around, let alone the bathroom or shower. There is no sound isolation. If you don't mind it, this place good enough. Unfortunately I've just realized that they gave a wrong code for room access not only to me but to two other guests, which only made a lot more noise. 1/5, extra 10 euros and you can find a better place.

Greetings first to the owner of the hotel! First, as you can see in the video and a picture, I have never seen this anywhere in Europe where I have traveled! Like the fluoro on the 2 quilts that were put in there was a large amount of hair from a cat or something! dust all over the room and the room is so small that it is full and one can recover nothing else..! luckily I had 2 things that I wear for t-shirts and something else that collects dust and dirty things so that's how I managed! Third, I slept "naked" all night and had to cover myself with my sweatpants because I had no other solution! In the morning, when one of the female employees came, it was me and I said everything as it is, as if she was not interested in anything, nor to apologize or anything..! I will say one thing only I have been now and never and everyone will know what this hotel is like but taking money from tourists and doing things like this is embarrassing honestly..!!

Famiglia di 4persone, abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento (2camere doppie con uso esclusivo di bagno e cucina). Pulito, comodo, spazioso e in ottima posizione. Ero spaventata dalle recensioni che scrivevano camere minuscole, ma per noi andavano benissimo! Camere fornite di libreria l, comodini a mensola, scrivania, panca, cassaforte. Letti comodi e puliti. Siamo stati 4giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Prezzo ottimo: in 4 abbiamo speso per l'Intero appartamento meno di 70€ a notte compreso le tasse. Consiglio.

Odlican hostl za malo novca. Super da toga ima u Ljubljani. Čisto i uredno, sobe solidne velicine, taman da lepo prespavate, kupaone ciste, kuhinja velika i spremna za akciju. Centar na srotinak koraka. Idealno ako nemate vise novca pa da idete u skupe hotele.

The location is great, the place is very peaceful and nice. The room was more or less clean. There was one huge spiderweb hanging, but I managed to ignore it. :D|The shared toilet and shower were always clean, the shower is only for tall people :D tried to adjust it but it didn't work.|

My friend and I decided on this accommodation because of the reasonable price. The accommodation is very small and I have to admit that the whole house has a very unpleasant smell of dampness. We had a situation. Namely, the toilet door cannot be completely locked, but only the shower cabin, but there is still room to see the person while showering. Given that I went to shower first, I closed the main sliding door (which cannot be locked) and of course locked myself in the shower cabin. At one point I heard footsteps and realized that someone had entered in the room, then I saw feet approaching the shower cabin, and then someone kneeling down to lower his head and look at me while I was taking a shower. I started shouting and heard him walking away to the upper floor. I immediately started calling the reception, but no answer from their side. The two of us did not want to stay in that facility even for a minute, so we wrote a message to the accommodation via Booking that we were leaving. The next day we went to the reception and they told us that they had seen the message and the calls, but no one had even deigned to answer them. In the end, they informed me in a message that they do not return money for "such cases". So, we didn't use the room, we left immediately, we weren't even in the facility for half an hour, but after 3 days they announced that they wouldn't approve the refund, regardless of the disgusting situation I experienced. All in all, very bad attitude towards guests.
