Camere piccolissime, ma veramente piccole. Prezzi troppo alti per i servizi offerti, ovvero un cucinotto e un bagno in comune ed una stanza da considerare piccola quanto uno sgabuzzino in casa. Non mi è piaciuto. Ho soggiornato qui per 3 notti spendendo 169€ e a mio parere per quello che offrono è a dir poco troppo caro.

Functioneel en schoon op loopafstand (5 min) van het centrum, daarmee is het wel gezegd. Prima bed, fijne badkamer en ideale ligging. Felle tl licht vonden wij geen succes (dag sfeer), vooral niet als je s nachts nietsvermoedend naar de wc loopt en het felle licht automatisch aan springt. Gelukkig was het niet ver waardoor je je ogen best wel dicht kan houden ;-) Kamertje P4 is klein met een klein raampje, niet geschikt voor claustrofoben. Geen dekbed, je redt het hier prima met de lakenzak en fleecedekentje dat voor je klaar ligt. Let erop dat je het inimini papiertje met de deurcodes (geen sleutels) niet kwijt raakt!! Dat deed ik wel, gelukkig namen de hosts toen wel op en kregen we alsnog toegang tot ons hokje. We hadden laatste moment geboekt en geluk dat we er eerder waren, anders was de receptie dicht en er werd niet gereageerd op de eerste telefoontjes omdat we de parkeerplaats niet konden vinden die er wel was volgens Booking com maar volgens de bevestigingsmail niet. Uiteraard had de bevestigingsmail gelijk, niet vergeten te lezen dus! Volgens de hosts konden we ook de auto tussen witte strepen zetten, maar de andere auto's die daar stonden hadden speciale parkeerkaarten en het was vol. De auto hebben we verplaatst tussen de public parking overdag (15 euro) en de overdekte parkeergarage 's nachts (18 euro). Ontbijten kunnen Cube gasten voor 5 euro in het Art hotel, tien minuutjes lopen. Wij zijn er niet geweest (vanwege de auto) en kwamen langs Le Petit café: fantastisch!

Sehr schönes Hostel. Etwas abseits des zentrums aber sehr zentral. Zimmer sehr klein aber sauber und ausreichend zum übernachten. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie eine Dusche und ein WC pro Einheit. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Check-in war super simple und freundlich. Türen lassen sich mit einem Code öffnen was sehr praktisch ist.

I stayed 2 nights in Cube central rooms for 2 and had a very pleasant stay. ||||The rooms are very basic and not that big, but as a solo traveler I found it perfect. It would also work for a couple (though maybe not if you’re on the larger or taller side). ||||The beds weren’t made upon arrival - you are given a double sheet which acts like a sleeping bag. I would have preferred a bottom sheet and a top sheet but I think this can be common in Europe. The bedding was clean enough. ||||The communal areas were cleaned well, but could get a bit unclean through the day - however this is to be expected when sharing with others, and is no fault of the companies. ||||Would stay again if visiting Ljubljana in future.

The reception is only open in the afternoon, for check in in the morning or evening you need to walk 8-9 minutes to the Art hotel. My room (N6) is really tiny, smaller than expected, just two beds both touching walls on three sides and one meter in between. No chair or closet. The shower is tiny, everything works, the sheets are not clean. I found a receipt of another guest in the sheets and had cocorach (sorry I do not know how that is spelled correctly). The soap dispenser is - as written in an earlier review - of the shower is still full of funghi (no soap and it stinks). The walls are thin, I hear the bathroom and neighbours and doors of other rooms. Doors are opened with number codes, every number pressed produces a beep. Plus point : There is aircooling and a safe, unfortunately I did not understand how it works and the reception is closed. Check out is ten a.m. It is a basic place for a night, not one for a longer, nice and cosy holiday. For the same price and even less, there are better options in Ljubljana.

Ljublijana is not cheap. And this is one of the cheaper options. Rooms are small, shower shared,.. But that was mentioned. So overal price/quality just ok. But overal negative is that the whole place lacks charm and cozyness. It's like sleeping in a box,.. Very little effort is made into making it feel better.

pros: - tolle Lage, max. 10 Minuten Gehweg in die Innenstadt - Last minute gebucht, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten für 32€/Nacht (ohne tourist fee) - saubere Küche und Sanitäranlagen cons: - nur eine Dusche und ein WC für ein Stockwerk - zu wenig - extrem (!) kleines Zimmer, feuchter Geruch, dreckige Bettlaken - Klimaanlage in dem Raum kühlt nicht richtig

We booked the room one day before and it was also cheap. The only thing I didnt like was that the safety cage was not working good and the alarm turned on every time we tried to open so it was disgusting. The best was the breakfast at Art Hotel only 5€

Little gem of a place - assuming you are prepared that it is not called a hotel and hence there are a few peculiarities. What does this mean? The reception is occupied only from midday to six, so you have to check-in at another hotel (but you do not have at checkout) and if you need something outside these hours you need to call (or go there). Did not disturb us a bit. We have mobile phones and could call, and when we needed our safe fixed the repairman arrived immediately. ||Another one - the toilet is shared. We were in a bigger room because of the baby (A1 on the ground floor) and only shared it with another room. Also did not disturb us at all - we practically never saw these other people :). On the plus side you have a little shared kitchenette and can drink tea and store things in a fridge. We did not cook but one evening took a soup from the nearby (excellent) restaurant around the corner and enjoyed having plates, spoons etc. ||Of course the rooms are not big, but we did not expect them to be. ||Peter and Maric from the reception were tremendously helpful and ready to answer any question and take care of every issue.||||Important tip: the taxi in case you need it, or a shuttle to the airport, can come not only to Krizanke (near the „main“ reception at Art hotel but also to the end of Kladezna which is much nearer or if by any reason cannot there, then at the beginning of Krakovska. ||||Impotant tip 2: ask with how many other rooms is your toilet and bathroom shared. ||||Spotlessly clean, water always hot (a big deal for me), modern design with a bit of Scandinavian feel, and, while considered outskirts by Ljublana standards, the rooms are in the city center by the standards of any big European city - about maximal 15 min walk to the Three Bridges or Congress Square. ||The street is very nice and feels safe and cosy and has a bit of a summer-house feel. ||A big big thank you for out perfect stay.
