The hostel is 30 minutes walking from the city center. It is underground with no windows. Sleeping in a capsule is a very bad experience. The owner is not polite and the atmosphere in the "hostel' is quite sad. If you can avoid the place.

Dear Francesco, you and your friend had reservations for Single Capsules for 30€/night. Upon inquiring about changing the capsules for bigger ones, we were unfortunately unable to do so, since the hostel was fully booked. After your request was denied, you started acting arrogant which is laughable. With your behaviour, laughter is something you can expect. I'd advise you to check your coping skills and work on your general character and attitude in the future or keep getting offended when the world laughs in your face. Kind regards, Marko

There are no staff to check you in and we had to call twice to ask them to send the QR code to check in (which they claimed they’d already sent and definitely hadn’t). The automated lights make a constant clicking sound and the lights are automated turning on and off constantly. The AC also doesn’t work so it’s very stuffy in the capsule…

Das Dragons Dreams ist ein sehr schönes und modernes Hostel. Es unterscheidet sich von anderen, da man sich kein Zimmer teilen muss. Jede Person hat eine eigene Kapsel, wo man sich zurückziehen kann und wo man Privatsphäre hat. Die Badezimmer, welche man sich mit den anderen Teilt sind sehr sauber. Man kann auch sich ein eigenes Badezimmer mieten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, der Rezeptionist hat etwas zur Geschichte der Stadt erzählt, was man unbedingt gesehen haben soll, wo man gut essen kann und und und. Also wirklich sehr freundlich, fast schon Freundschaftlich. Wenn ich wieder in Ljubljana komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

If you seek for a pleasant stay run from this hostel. I was received like a pig by the male enployee that treated me like like a retarded, called me a liar and took 30 min to do a check in. All of this because I told him that the check in was until midnight and he stubbornly told me it was a lie (check the picture). ||||The room was a joke since it seemed I was buried in a coffin, with a sort of hole where a fat person would get stuck and amenities were also very poor and it was far from city center (40 min walking), for your sake choose a different option since my stay was ruined.

the hostel is clean, well maintained. But the problem!!! is in communication with the owner. I did not have the access qr code and both contact phone numbers were unavailable. So far (two weeks) no one has responded to me. No one was at the reception neither on arrival nor on departure.

Hi Radek, we're an automated hostel. There's really no need for the reception. We're always available. There can be bad connection in the hostel, so we're also available over Watsapp, Viber etc. and there's free wi-fi at the hostel. If you are in need of extra attention, please stay in hotels with 24h reception. When staying in hostels for 30€/night please understand it's hard to provide you with concierge service or a 24h reception. Kind regards, Marko

I really liked the place since it covers the basics in high quality. The rooms are very small but cozy, I didn't meet any staff but via text they have been very helpful and checked us in prior to arrival since we didn't know when to arrive. The location could be better but was still good. I would definitely go there again.
