Personel is very nice and the hostel looks very nice, bathrooms are clean and also nice. Only downside was the AC which was not working properly in our room

Before I arrived I got an email that said I should call about an hour before arrival, I tried both numbers several times and nobody picked up the phone, which made me worried. Luckily I received entry codes for the location via mail shortly after I tried calling. I really like the whole dragon theme, I think it's a lot of fun. The cabins where bigger than I expected, but there's almost no airflow so it gets quite hot after a while if you have the doors closed. Also, you can still hear the music outside, so I think if there's someone snoring you might still hear it. My door lock was a bit weird, I had to slam shut the door which made me worry about waking up other travellers. The common shower area works quite well, since there are still single "rooms" that can be locked, which each include a toilet and a shower cabin. I could only reach the staff at certain times, so there's not someone to talk to in case anything happens, but when I had a problem and talked to the staff they immediately tried their best to help me. Overall I think I was just a bit unlucky, but I'd definitely give them another try!

Une halte imprévu sur la route des vacances chouettes concept la chambre au top et la literie est merveilleuse cette établissement est génial pour commencer les vacances nous avions une chambre avec douches nous avons pas osé pousser le concept jusqu au bout

Das Hostel ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich war dort nur einen Tag auf Durchreise nach Kroatien. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Der Preis iat auch vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Wenn man ein privates Badezimmer möchte, kann man es dazu buchen, aber die geteilten Badezimmer sind sehr sauber. Das einzige, was ein wenig blöd ist, ist die Lage zum Stadtinneren. Man läuft circa 45 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Amazing city with an amazing staff. We had some problems but they were fixed immidiatly with the help of the owners. We had a pleasent stay. And i recommend everybody to visit this hostel.

Positivt: Kameror i korridorerna kändes säkert. Ganska mysigt att sova i sitt lilla draknäste. Fräscha badrum. Negativt: personalen var inte tillmötesgående alls. När vi först kom dit så satt se i trappen och rökte och gav sig inte tillkänna. De hade ingen koll på lokala saker (som kan vara nyttigt för turister att veta, typ som hur man köpet bussbiljett etc) så sa de bara att de inte visste. Vidare så var personalen extremt otrevlig när vi påpekade att AC i vårt näste inte fungerade. Manegern hotade med att ta bort vår bokning. AC fungerade dåligt i rummen och ventilationen var dålig vilket var jobbigt i ett så litet rum. Huvudentrén gick att komma in i utan att låsa upp, lite läskigt eftersom att receptionen nästan aldrig var bemannad. Dörren till varje näste var väldigt svår att låsa utifrån, man behövde rycka väldigt hårt för att låsa vilket var störigt i ett så lyhört boende.

Un ostello molto particolare, sotterraneo, dove spendere poco, per avere poco, ma con gusto. L'hotel è di moderna concezione, costruito con molto legno proveniente dai boschi sloveni, ed è una specie di esperimento di ottimizzazione dello spazio, con alloggi "capsule". Il che vuol dire che lo spazio è veramente ridotto all'osso, nella camera a letto singolo sembra veramente di essere in un loculo. Ovviamente essendo al piano inferiore non ci sono finestre (personalmente lo trovo un pregio per dormire al buio) e l'aria è a circuito chiuso, condizionata. La reception è piccolina ma il personale è sempre presente. Bagni in comune ben puliti e docce moderne. Se volete spendere poco e avere la vostra intimità ai limiti della claustrofobia , è il posto ideale.

Never expected this as my room as it was booked for me. I was pleasantly surprised and found the place quite cool. Staff were helpful and the place was tidy and good Wi-Fi. Room was cosy and ambient. Although the room was basic it had everything you need. A light, chargers, qr codes for accessing info the beds were very cosy however I kept banging my head when I woke up||😂||Brill place to stay however I feel it was overpriced compared to previous places i have stayed. Would stay again for the experience

One of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had in Europe. • staff don’t even make themselves present - had to ask if 2 people hanging about were members of staff to be able to check in after waiting 3 hours in reception • room air conditioning is ‘ automated ‘ do not be fooled, we had to sleep with our door open 1st night after asking staff to increase air flow in room. Was told this could not be done. Only managed 2/3 hours sleep due to the noise level and light coming in people walking past the open door • 2nd night complained to manager who told us it would be cooler , it wasn’t. Again we slept with door open, it seemed that most guests decided to do the same this night. So the issue must not have just been with our room. • no security - front door not locked. On the 2nd night I woke up to 2 random men who had come in off the street - presumabley looking for a hostel room at 5am. Staring at me whilst I slept due to having to have the door open, although there is a QR entry on the front door this has never been required to get into the building. Totally unsafe - no staff members present. Thankfully these men left when they realised there was no room or staff available. • 6 shared toilets/showers never cleaned whilst we stayed which was 2 nights. No toiler roll until 2nd night when I raised the issue with booking.com. Heard the staff say to a customer toilets were being cleaned - they were not cleaned. The same dirt and grime was there when you returned to the bathroom. Dirty towels hanging up in each bathroom. • if you are happy to sleep in a box with no air, it is likely that you will even then not manage to sleep as there is a motion detector in the room that is highly sensitive. It clicks every 20/30 seconds even when no movement. Very frustrating as it’s right next to heads whilst trying to sleep. • both staff on site barely present, only when checking in. If they don’t know something they will refer you to the managers number who doesn’t answer the phone. When whatsapped he was unhelpful as the issues were never sorted for our 2nd night I would not recommend staying here at all

Gestgeber ist sehr unhöflich und Faul, wenn man Probleme hat kann man mit ihm das nicht regeln. Vereinbarte Preis und Private Badezimmer(per E-Mail) waren auch nicht erfüllt. Sehr schlecht und empfehle es keinem.

Zelo lep in prijeten hostel, moderen, čist, predvsem pa zelo prijazno osebje. Priporočam vsem, ki iščete prijetno, mirno ter ugodno prenočišče v Ljubljani. Pozdrav iz Koroške!😄

I highly recommend the place, it's more then a hostel! It's modern, well designed, well equipped (towels, soap, coffee machine) and very clean. It has separate bathrooms, separate rooms and the manager is just amazing!

El mejor recibimiento que he tenido. Marko hizo la estadía 10/10. Inclusive me dio una descripción de la ciudad con todo lo que podría necesitar. Las habitaciones capsulas tienen todo lo que necesitas, pero también hay otras grandes normales. Volvería definitivamente.
