2,5/5 it's fine for one night. Didn't expect more after reading reviews. Service was ok and you can park next to the buliding. Main problem is cleanliness.

Wish I could give the place a zero rating, but google is too kind, hence the 1. The place is a horror show. The whole place stinks. The reception looked like some drying room with towels, sheets etc hung to dry. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The lady at the reception, who I guess is the owner as well took 30 minutes to check us in. I am not kidding and it was just two of us. All this while she was watching TV and chatting with other shady people walking in and out of the establishment. The room as expected after the initial ordeal was horrible. It smelled so bad, that I felt like puking. The guy who was supposedly cleaning the room for us, was like watching a movie villain come to life. He tried putting on a pillow cover and on realizing it was the wrong one, tore it off in disgust in front of us. After all this we didn't have the courage to even check the shared bathroom. We ran away from the place as soon as we could and booked another place in Maribor. I know the place is cheap, but seriously don't make the mistake of booking it. I also request the authorities in Maribor to do a safety and cleanliness check on the place. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.

It's the worst place I've been in. The rooms are not clean the bedding is dirty the bathrooms are disgusting. In the house, we can find drug addicts, alcoholics, foreigners, and others who freely walk around the house and knock on your door and beg for things. The hostel owner is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend that anyone ever visits or stays a night in this building

Vom Guesrhouse selbst kann ich nichts schreiben, da wir bei Ankunft erfuhren, wir sollen in der 5 Min entfernten Dependence nächtigen. Diese lag jedoch außerhalb Maribors. Dies war eine Arbeiterunterkunft! Unser Apartment hatte ein nicht benützbares Waschbecken, weil Abfluss kaputt. Verdeckter Herd, kaputtes Schloss an der Tür, das war aber nichts gegen den Gestank im gesamten Apartment, der aus dem Bad kam. Betten waren hart und die Handtücher muffig und eines hatte ein Insektennest.

Malísimo, aún estoy aquí y huele mal, sucio, no tiene recepción, pagas en mano al dueño ( Booking lo deja bien claro) sábanas sucias, baño compartido huele mal las cañerías, en fin, que sea tu última opción económica

Lugar pésimo para dormir. Las habitaciones y el baño estaban sucias. No había cocina ni nevera. El dueño engaña a los turistas y los trata mal. No lo recomiendo es una estafa. Porfavor no vayáis.

Bad place to sleep. The rooms and bathroom were dirty. There was no kitchen or fridge. The owner misleads tourists and treats them badly. I do not recommend it is a scam. Please don't go.
