I booked a room last-second for my daughter and her friends who needed to check in late at night, which was possible and I greatly appreciated it. I rang twice in the evening and the receptionist, I think it was Petra, was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks again!

Spend a night in the cells! I really enjoyed my stay here - incredibly clean everywhere, large common room, helpful staff, good breakfast included. It felt really fresh when I stayed as it had recently been painted and renovated. It's only a 5 minutes walk to the bus/train station or 10 minutes to the centre. would recommend booking into one of the uniquely designed prison cells (even though it's a little more expensive). The live music on tuesday evenings was nice and definitely take the tour of the hostel at 1pm. A bit quiet but possibly as it was early season. But I got talking to some really nice people over breakfast.

Super Hostel! Es ist ungefähr 10min von der Innenstadt entfernt und liegt direkt in einer autonomen Zone, dennoch habe ich mich super sicher gefühlt. Es wird jeden Tag geputzt und zwar soooo gründlich, dass alles ständig sauber ist. Es gibt außerdem genügend Aufenthaltsorte an denen man andere Reisende treffen kann. Und das Frühstück ist gut! Also, alles in allem eine 10/10

Auberge très sympathique, une expérience très intéressante à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie. Staff très gentil et petit déjeuner vraiment complet ! Auberge très proche du centre. Seul bémol, très peu de prise électrique dans les chambres.. vraiment dommage. Je recommande fortement quand même.

I’m pretty surprised by some of the negative reviews here because this is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm on the 2nd floor. The beds were comfy enough. The ensuite bathroom was cleaned daily. The under bed lockers lock/unlock using your room key. My only complaint about the room is that the rooms on the 2nd floor have frosted glass windows, meaning that when the hallway light is on at night it lights up the room. I had a sleeping mask so no problem! There is a great hangout space on the 2nd floor and the hostel seemed to attract a really interesting and social crowd when I was there. The guest kitchen is small but well-equipped (fridge, stove top, sink, dishes, kettle. A microwave would be helpful though!). I really enjoyed the included breakfast. There was bread (with a toaster) and spreads daily. The eggs varied (first day scrambled, rest of my time hard boiled). There were always some fruits and vegetables as well. I really enjoyed the homemade granola! When I was there they were doing some renovations to the rooms on the 1st floor, which are the prison cell rooms, so I cannot comment on them. Staff was very kind and helpful at check-in. Overall a fantastic experience and I will recommend it to anyone I know who is traveling in the region.

Struttura pulita, stanze particolari ed accoglienti, bagni in comune attrezzati con phon, cabine doccia asciugamani elettrici, prima colazione dolce e salata più che soddisfacente, ottima posizione centrale, personale giovane e superattento. Tutti i servizi in tutta la struttura sono pensati e realizzati con un'attenzione particolare all'ecologia ed al risparmio energetico. Uno dei migliori ostelli mai provati.

Great and super clean hostel! Especially the bathrooms are bright and clean. For this price I would recommend it to groups of people/students. Last but not least, breakfast is delicious 🙌🏼
