Blisko dworca kolejowego/autobusowego. Nie drogo. Brak elektrycznego czajnika, za mało widelców, brak indywidualnego oświetlenia w pokoju.

Normally, I don't use Google reviews much, but this place was so terrible that I had to write one. These people are truly scammers! They went to every length to get a little extra money. When I rented this place, I was told there would be closets and individual nightstands that could fit my belongings, and that common areas would be regularly cleaned by a staff member. So, what happened? I never got a nightstand, they gave one closet for four people, so I had to live out of my suitcase for four months, and the worst part was that they assigned cleaning duties to the residents! If we didn't clean during the assigned week, they charged us extra cleaning fees that weren't even in the contract. They evicted students who refused to pay. Please, please don't give these people your money! They are all scammers and they know you are Erasmus students!! The manager of this hostel, Nina, and all the staff should be ashamed of themselves! Disgusting! I hope they go out of business!

NEVER GO TO THIS ACCOMODATION!!! I arrived to Slovenia for my Erasmus visit. Its really hard to find Accomodation for student for favorable prices. I found this and even it’s quiet expensive for sharing room I hoped its gonna be all right. But what happened with landlord Rooms Miklosiceva was terrible and I hope no one will need to try this bullying from the landlords. So what happened specifically- out of contract increase months rent, rooms are without furniture, they set rules about cleaning and evaluating how clean are our rooms, if not enough they charged us with extra fee, if we didn’t want to pay they started to threaten us. They stole money from bank account because their Debit Card system is not secure. They didn’t give back deposit, luckily it’s possible to live there even 1,5 month without paying ;) Boss Nina Malensek is absolutely disrespectful woman. Her servant Patrick is rude and never say true and try to look as not part of this big scam! NEVER TRUST TO THIS COMPANY!

I spent three months here as an Erasmus student and I would definitely not recommend this place. Behavior of the landlord is very unprofessional. First they raised our monthly rent from 300€ to 350€. They took my flatmate's rent directly from his bank account even though he didn't want to stay for the next month. Those of us who already left had to remind them multiple times to return our deposit. Cleaning of the common areas was supposed to be provided by the landlord but we had to do it ourselves. We were fined if the landlord decided the premises weren't cleaned to their liking and the cleaning rules were very vague and subjective. The wifi doesn't work properly and the rooms are not equipped as they were supposed to be. There were no nightstands, some rooms were missing tables and chairs and the wardrobes provided were very small and insufficient for the amount of people in the room. We had to pay 10€ to rent bedsheets and 5€ to use the washing machine. Communication with the people in charge was very difficult and they refused personal meetings despite being present in the office. Couple of the tenants complained about the situation through email and got evicted. The landlord is very clearly taking advantage of foreign students so if you are looking for long-term accomodation, avoid Rooms Miklošičeva.

I went to study abroad as an Erasmus student and planned to stay in a place for two months. I gave them a deposit equal to one month's rent, and we signed a contract. But in the second month, they raised the rent, even though the contract said they couldn't. When we emailed them about it, they basically told us to find a new place if we didn't like it. They didn't follow their own contract, and there were contradictions in the cleaning rules in the contract (Article 2 and Article 6). In the second month, they didn't clean the place like they were supposed to, and they even charged us extra for not doing the cleaning they promised. The bathrooms had a bad smell, not because they were dirty, but because of some plumbing issues. They didn't provide soap or toilet paper for the toilets. Whenever we tried talking to the people in the office in person, they just told us to send an email, even though they were the ones reading the emails. The rooms didn't have wardrobes or bedside tables like they promised in the contract. When we asked about it, they said to use the dining table in the kitchen. In short, they can't be trusted and don't deserve your time. The rent isn't the only cheap thing in Rooms Miklosiceva. One review caught my eye – it seems the company (Faniani group) gave themselves a perfect 5-star rating, but that might be because they were desperate for good reviews.

Find other place to stay. They are scammers, say they have wardrobes in the room and they don't, no paper at common bathrooms, old biulding and noisy floors. They also offer rooms for erasmus students for the semmester, dont even consider it, they are abusive and charge you for everything, using the washing machine and dryer. I bought their bed sheets service and I did not have bed sheets for two straight nights, cancelled the service and they refused to give the money back. They also decided to increase rent unilaterally from one month to another. Go somewhere else and do not waste your money or time on this scammers.

La entrada a las habitaciones se hace mediante un código que te envían unos minutos antes de la hora establecida para el check in, pero uno de los códigos era erroneo y no había forma de contactar con nadie del albergue, ni con booking.... Tuvimos que esperar 2h hasta que alguien de limpieza pasó por allí y muy amablemente nos ayudó. Todo lo horrible que cuentan de los baños los otros viajeros es cierto, no lo escribo por no repetirme. No hay cocina, sólo un microondas y una nevera. Si hay opción buscaría una alternativa. Cierto que la ubicación es muy buena

I really dont have high standards for hostels. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Uncovered electrical outlets in the walls. They forgot to give us a pillow. The WiFi doesn't work half the time. We wanted to pay cash, but the had already taken it from our card and would not reverse the payment. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything around you. There are no curtains or blinds. Too few bathrooms for that many people, and therefore dirty quickly. No individual lamps for the beds. And and and... The only upside is the convenient location. Not worth the money.

Dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms and a very bad smell in the bathroom and corridor. Dust in all corners. The towel they provide is tiny. We shutters couldn’t be closed. We got a different room than booked via Airbnb. Way too expensive for what you get.

The rooms were OK, but bathrooms were horrible: inundated whenever somebody took a shower. The water runs from the shower into the toilets and stays there... Stagnant and smelly, in the whole corridor, insufficient ventilation. And no reaction to my message about this. Common bathrooms can be OK, but not like this!

Freundlicher, äußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber, die Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Sauber, diskret, alles funktional eingerichtet. Haben sehr gut geschlafen, Matratzen und Bettzeug waren topp. Gemeinschaftsbäder mehr als ok. Unkompliziertes Hostel für eine legere Zeit im schönen Ljubljana. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke!
