Wir haben diese Unterkunft in dem Glauben gebucht, Betten in den schicken, neuen Zimmern gebucht zu haben (6 Betten „Deluxe“).|Dort angekommen stellte sich das allerdings als Trugschluss heraus. Wir sind ganz oben unterm Dach gelandet, mit Fenster zur sehr lauten Straße und Zugstrecke. Mit einem kleinen Bad, mit Schiebetür, die sich aber quasi nicht schieben lässt und einer kleinen Küchenzeile.|Die schicken Zimmer der Hauptfotos (so wie sie auch auf der Homepage zu finden sind) befinden sich eine Etage tiefer.||Zudem sind sowohl im Zimmer, als auch im Bad Spinnweben zu finden. ||Außerdem wird man ständig per Videokamera überwacht.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per due notti in una camerata comune da 8 letti. Lo staff è veramente gentilissimo e simpatico, pronto a rispondere con un sorriso a qualsiasi domanda e a darti informazioni sulla città, sui posti in cui mangiare, sui tour, sulla vita notturna. ||La posizione è ottimale, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lubiana, praticamente davanti al parco Tivoli e non troppo lontana dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus. ||L’ostello è molto pulito, accogliente e un po’ misterioso. Tuttavia si respira un’atmosfera fantastica ed è il luogo perfetto per incontrare altri viaggiatori, magari mentre si beve un tè (gratuito) assieme. Le camere sono molto larghe rispetto ad altri ostelli in qui ho pernottato e ogni letto dispone di un enorme cassetto di sicurezza dove riporre i propri oggetti ed anche le valigie/zaini. I bagni sono tenuti bene, puliti, forse ci sono poche docce.||L’ostello offre numerosi servizi (es. lavanderia, wifi, ferro da stiro, noleggio di phon, check-in in ritardo ed amche il check-out prima delle 8 con tanto di colazione). La colazione è basica: pane, burro, marmellate varie, cereali ma tutto di ottima qualità.||L’ostello dispone anche di una terrazza dove è possibile fumare.||Consiglio questo ostello a tutti i viaggiatori perché posizione, atmosfera, staff e servizi di questa struttura sono insuperabili!

Super friendly reception. Best service in hostel by far. Always trying to help as much as possible. Breakfast was included in price. It consisted of bread with different toppings and also milk with cereals. It was OK for the price. But not the best breakfast though

Super friendly reception staff make this hostel. Provided with a map upon arrival which the lady circled with key spots (attractions and food etc) and a thorough history of the area. We were leaving before check out so this was all sorted out in the evening before we left, including a breakfast left out for us so we wouldn't miss out. The breakfast is limited, cereals and toast with some fruit when available and a fairly small dining area meaning you may have to stand. Kitchen area upstairs is well equipped and convenient. Lockers were provided for free which was reassuring seeing as none of the rooms have locks. Only the front door which is operated by a pin number given to you on arrival. Deposit is returned when checking out. Not too much sense of community as dining areas are very small and don't offer much opportunity for mingling, unless you are a solo traveller staying in one of the larger rooms. Very close to the centre, and just 20 minutes walk to the furthest sights of the town. Good stay overall, would go again!

O staff é mto amigável, sempre disposto a ajudar naquilo que for necessário. O hostel tb tem boas instalações, bom café da manhã e chá à vontade. Vale mto a pena ficar nesse hostel, mto legal a interação com os outros hóspedes.

Auberge de jeunesse très accueillante et conviviale et où les filles de la réception vous renseignent parfaitement sur tout ce que la capitale slovène vous reserve de bon. Le bâtiment est en plus idéalement située dans Ljubljana à deux pas du joli Parc Tivoli et à 5 minutes de la vieille ville. Et les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Vous pouvez y aller les "yeux fermés",vous ne serez pas déçus. Il y a en plus un extérieur ou vous pouvez flâner!

Positives: staff generally really friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Less good: uncomfortable beds, very noisy after 11pm right through until 1am (people in communal areas and doors all old so close with noise)

I stayed here one night as a solo traveller. I chose this hostel because of its convenience to the main bus station and the old town. Beware it will cost 60 euros for a taxi from the airport. So, I would recommend looking into a different way to get to the hostel if you are coming from the airport. As far as the hostel itself goes: PROS -Free breakfast (toast, cereal, coffee, tea) -Big lockers with key inside your room -Single beds -Luggage storage after you checkout -10/15 min walk to old town. -10/15 min walk to main bus station -Hairdryer free to check out CONS -Bedrooms are kept unlocked so anyone could walk into your room -No a/c. It was warm in the summer even with windows open. They do have a ceiling fan at least -You have to pay for a towel -I did not feel like it was a great environment to meet other solo travellers -Outdated Would I stay here again? Probably not, but for the price and location it served its purpose as a place to sleep after a long day!

Only stayed for 1 night. Had a late check-in after hours. Contacted them before hand for door code. They left me a note at entry and made my bed for me. Door to dorm was never locked but got a key for lockers, so no padlock required. Standard continental breaky. Staff are exceptional giving me pointers. Location is very close to the park and a short stroll into town. Only 2 showers for whole hostel but never need to wait. They even have an outdoor terrace. Common area with boardgames, guitar etc

Great hostel in a very beautiful part of the city hear museums and embassies. Friendly staff and great facilities. Free tea and coffee all day as well as free breakfast in the morning.

Hostel Vila Veselova ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Ben posizionato, facile da raggiungere e a due passi dal centro storico. Zona molto tranquilla. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile . Camere pulite e comode. Tutto molto perfetto!!!
