This is an indian house pretending to be a hostel. “Employees” sleep and live there. ||||I came with my dog because it says its pet friendly and they are all scared of animals execpt one of them, called Abdullah or something like that, he took a knife and pointed it at my dogs face. ||||Also he enters the rooms without permission and smokes marihuana there everyday and ALL day. He has been told to stop and continues. ||Police wanted to enter and informed me they never open to them. The receptionist called Peter (fake name) always avoids opening the door and he is never there. ||||I also wanted to contact the owner and he did not want to give me the right contact.||||It is a scam and they have no problem ruining people’s holidays.

Poor service, the receptionist was not present, nobody was here to do the check-in, someone stole the keys to our room and we had negotiate for an hour to get them back, and the bed was broken

Posizione strategica per arrivare al centro, camere fatiscenti, poco pulite e descrizioni su booking poco veritiere in quanto il bagno è privato si ma non in camera. Bisogna uscire dalla camera per arrivarci

Wird mit falschen Bildern beworben. Vor Ort stellt sich dann ein ganz anderer Zustand der Zimmer heraus. So unsere Erfahrung... Die Unterkunft ist nicht erreichbar. Niemand meldet sich zurück. reine Abzocke!

Chambre donnée différente de la chambre payée. Pas de fenêtre, des câbles électriques sortent des murs, pas de pommeau de douche dans la douche sous une charpente de 40cm, pas de draps, pas de numéro de téléphone en service, ne reconnaissent pas leurs défauts.

This the worst hostel. Nothing matches the pictures online and everything is dirty and smells moldy and damp. The reception employee told us we could get our money back by reaching out to them by email, we've never heard of them back after 4 emails. Would not recommend

Really bad place - don't go there. Receptionist (calls himself Peter, which is probably a fake name he changes regularly) will give you the impression that you will get refunded but this is a plain lie and never happens (see several other reviews). Don't fall for that! Insist on getting cash!

Hostel was clean and met some nice people in the dorms. Not to far a walk from the city centre either.

Its a scam. Avoid at all costs. They do not rent the rooms they offer online. When I came there the room I booked was occupied. They offered me an unfinished, small, hot, dark room in the attic instead. They knew very well that this room wasnt a real option, so they offered me a discount or a free cancelation. When I choose the "free" cancelation, they kept the money anyway. Didn't reply to messages anymore.

Hôtel bien situé, mais qui pratique le surbooking. Dans mon cas de figure, j'avais réservé une chambre double avec salle de bains et vue sur la ville.||Quand je suis arrivé, la chambre qui m'avait été attribuée était une chambre simple, au dernier étage, sans fenêtre, et en cours d'aménagement (pas de douche, juste un lavabo).||On m'a indiqué que c'était la dernière chambre disponible, et qu'un remboursement partiel me serait attribué via Booking.com, auprès de qui j'avais réservé. Un mois après, malgré plusieurs relances et des relances de Booking, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé.||Evitez cet hôtel pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise

It s a scam dont book it! I booked a bed in dorms after filling up info and paying the deposit, I got directed to an error page which never happened before! I checked my balance, the amount was withdrawn from my bank account. I then proceeded to check their website for contact, the website was down by the host server. The email is not available anymore and it was very hard to find it since there is no website or google info about it. And the phone number of course directed me straight to voice mail. I have accepted that I lost my deposit and booked another place in Lj. After staying there, I went to check on the hostel it looked so horrible and nasty. Please there are plenty of places in the city look for something else!!

This place is full of fleas and insects and it could only be cheap to attract you. When you see the room in a terrible state, you wanna go and the said full cancellation refund but later lied and refused. This was my worst experience with booking.com

I'd like to warn you and ask to warn others about Vila Veselova! It looks like it used to be a proper place to sleep but something bad has been happening there for a few months now. I have slept in a lot of accommodations in my life and rarely give negative reviews, but what I experienced here was a real nightmare. On 11 February 2022, my wife and I booked a "family room with private bathroom" for 20 August 2022. Identical photos of the room as then still hang on the facility's website in booking services. Almost all of the reviews were positive. When we contacted for arrival instructions on 20 August, the property first claimed that there was no such booking. After providing proof, we were offered a tiny room in the attic, with a disgusting smell coming from the sewage system and toilet that was difficult to bear for more than a few minutes, and no bathroom. An air conditioner was manually placed in the window. We pointed out that this was not the room for which we had booked. The receptionist stated that due to a change of ownership of the premises, our booking had been cancelled and he could only offer us the smelly attic room. When we showed him on the phone that, according to the website, the room we had booked was still available, we were told that if we wanted to sleep in it, we would have to pay a surcharge of EUR 180, almost three times the amount we had agreed to when booking the room in February 2022, and more than the price of Lubljana's Sheraton hotel. The receptionist generously added that we could also cancel the booking for free. A short while later, another couple of visitors found themselves in the same situation. We were left without accommodation, at 10 p.m., with a small child, in a town where 95% of the beds were booked. I strongly advise against sleeping in this hotel!

Siamo capitati qui tramite una ricerca su Buking, non mi esprimo sul posto, il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile ma non parla altro che inglese. Luogo sconsigliato agli italiani , diverso da come siamo abituati. Per 140 euro a notte mi aspettavo almeno le lenzuola.
