Praticamente ci hanno affittato una stanza ancora in costruzione, senza rubinetti e senza pavimento, il posto è sporchissimo e non corrisponde a ciò che mostrano. Reception inesistente, gestori irreperibili, nel mio stesso giorno sono andate via 7 persone per le mie stesse ragioni.

La struttura già dall'esterno si presenta in condizioni fatiscenti (rifiuti e materiali edili accumulati davanti all'ingresso). Vengo informata alla reception che la camera prenotata non è in realtà disponibile e che mi avrebbero mostrato una stanza opzionale. La stanza in cui avrei dovuto passare la notte era ancora "in costruzione" con tubi pendenti, chiodi a vista, cartoni e materiali edili accatastati contro al muro, ubicata in una parte della mansarda, con letto e gabinetto nello stesso locale a pochi metri di distanza di fronte al letto, senza alcun divisorio! Le condizioni della struttura e della stanza non solo non erano confacenti alla mia richiesta e al prezzo pagato, ma non rispettavano le basiche norme di sicurezza e igiene a cui si deve attenere una struttura ricettiva. In poche parole una truffa, pagata 90 euro.

Complete scam. Rooms were cancelled 1 day before with false claims of an incorrect credit card. The same rooms appeared back online for 4x the price. Impossible to reach the accomodation! Avoid at all cost!

We had a reservation for a 6 bed room. First they want to put us in a 10 bed room without a discount. But then my friends bed broke and they put us in a construction sites room with only two beds in it. The kitchen was dirty and the bathroom way too small (3 toilets and 2 showers for at least 25 people). It could be a very nice Hostel in an old villa, but the organisation and the effords they put in makes it one of my worst hostel experiences.

Ich vorher die Rezensionen lesen sollen. Habe ein Haus fußläufig von der Altstadt gesucht. Bei Booking sah noch alles ganz ok aus. Hier angekommen der reinste Schock. 112,50€ die Nacht für einen Raum, wo kaum der Koffer kaum rein passt und beißender Feuchtigkeits-/Schimmelgeruch in der Luft steht. Dafür gibt's im Raum ein "Duftspray", danke dafür. Alles wirkt billig und vermüllt. Unser Zimmer hat Blick auf die Hauptstraße, wenn das Rollo hochgehen würde. Es ist eklig viel zu teuer, reinste Abzocke für das was man bekommt. Werde mir was anderes suchen und mein Geld zurück (klagen). Hier zahlst du nämlich sofort beim Check In. Never again.

מקום זוועה,להתרחק כמה שיותר רחוק מהחור מגעיל הזה. מקום ללא מזגן חום אימים, מגבות עם כתמים(חושב עם כתמי דם),את המצעים מייבשים על השיחים, הכריות עם ריח של זיעה. רצינו מלון אך בטעות עשינו בוקינג להוסטל, כשהגענו ביקשנו לבטל לא הסכימו אפילו עם קנס. יצאנו עם עקיצות של יצורים לא מזוהים. במחיר שסגרנו שם יכולנו לקבל מלון על רמה.

Auberge sympathique assez bien placé, les espaces communs sont propres et le personnel agréable. Lits confortables, petite terrasse plutot sympas bref de bons moments passé la bas !

Booked this place based on reviews and photos, I’m not super picky, so I thought it’d be fine for one night. The building is on a weird secluded street next to the highway, run down and there’s trash/boxes piled up outside the entrance and in the halls. I wandered up the stairs and all the doors were closed with no one at reception. I asked other guests if they knew what to do and they said the staff were upstairs eating.. ok.. I start up the stairs and it gets worse, paint peeling off the walls, dead bugs, and it stinks to high heaven. I didn’t even make it upstairs - walked out and booked somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

La reserva de una habitación con baño tal y como teníamos confirmada. No nos la pudieron dar porque se la habían dado a otros clientes. Su única solución fue darnos una con baño compartido o cancelar. Evidentemente dijimos que no.

We booked through an Agency. The description was different from what we found at the arrival: nice and "d'antan" from the outside, but it was the hell inside. I slept in hostels several times once I was young, so if you are looking for privacy look for another place. The guy at the reception looks like it was there by accident, kind but still we felt unexpected. Not to mention several w.c. in the reception as you can see in the picture, not to mention the smell once you entered the building and the general mess. Not for us surely.

Defilato rispetto al centro Pulizia inesistente Una casa fatiscente alla periferia di Lubiana. Cattivo odore, water abbandonati nella reception, bagno fuori dalla stanza, quartiere poco raccomandabile. Un posto da evitare. Pessimo

"Grottig", ein anderes Wort fällt mir zu der Unterkunft nicht ein. Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen 30 Minuten im Haus und sind dann sofort in ein Hotel umgezogen. Die Beschwerde bei booking.com wurde bearbeitet, brachte aber nichts und wir sollten beide gebuchten Übernachtungen zahlen. Erst nach direktem Protest brauchten wir "nur" den halben Preis zu zahlen.

Wish I could give this 0 stars we booked this place for 5 nights 2 nights before they cancelled our booking with a really poorly worded email not saying anything about a refund of why it was cancelled leaving us in the mud we constantly tried contacting them and hostel world to try and get our money back not only did they not reply to us at all but also we still had to pay the full price of the hostel even though they cancelled on us, this place is unacceptable and should be taken off any booking website as they have completely scammed us

They cancelled our reservation the night before due to “issues” in the accomodation. They didn’t think it was necessary to explain what these issues were, and the last minute cancellation made our travel plans extremely difficult, as we’d planned our route and made other hostel bookings accordingly. They’re unreliable, stay somewhere else.

Great hostel, needs more showers! Kitchen needs a oven and microwave and basics like a kettle. We got alright beds and lockers or should I said cupboard was way too small the rest of the people at least had a more study bed and bigger lockers. It was quite annoying with the glass door as the light was on all night!

Edit: the reply to my review is the first reply I have gotten from Mark after asking about a partial refund. I got THREE ROOMS FOR TWO PEOPLE ACTUALLY, it is clearly stated on the airbnb app. We were forced to stay there or leave and stay at full priced hotel rooms that were extremely expensive on Easter weekend. That or buy tickets and go back home. And I ended up staying another night at another hostel that was a world of difference better. Nice and new and you even get a free drink at their bar just for staying! ..and closer to the train and bus station too. Highly recommend 'zzz' go check it out. Vila Veselova pulls the old bait and switch. I rented (and paid for) 3 rooms but when I arrived they only had one room with one bed available and I got charged full price through airbnb. Owner would not give even a partial refund. Also there's no free breakfast.. it's not a nice building, not nice inside. There are very nice hostels in this city and this is not one of them. I strongly suggest you go anywhere else but here

Thank you for your review. You have rented a private room for 3 people and you got a private room for 3 people. Bigger rooms are more expensive. At that point we were already full so we were not able to move you somewhere else. In the listing it is not written that breakfast is free, also you did not aks about the breakfast. We are sorry for your unpleasant stay, but we did offer a free cancellation, if you decide to cancel it. Instead you have decided to stay for 4 nights, so we can imagine it was not that bad. Thank you for your stay.
