Good place to stay, very helpful receptionists, thank you very much. Clean place, great service. I never forget they offered me free coffee and croissants as i was hungry when i arrived :) That was very nice of them. Beautiful people, great city, i'd love to again.

i stayed in the green room, both the bed and the room are quite spacious it also includes a big locker. The location its amazing few minutes from the city centre, supermarket, and right next to the Tivoli Park a nice place to go for a walk. the area were the hostel is located is safe. The common areas are always clean. The staff its amazing always willing to help with anything and providing you with great information about what to do in the city and it surroundings. I have been back a couple of times and definitely recommend Staying here ! Great thank you to Natasha the cool polyglot girl at the from desk and Vandana for making my stays like home away from home.

Bed bugs! Stay away!

First of all we would like to sincerely apologise fro your bad experience while staying with us. We know that bed bugs are a big problem, but also a big problem which is really hard to prevent. We just want you to know that in the moment, bed bug problem was brought to our attention we made sure to do everything we could to eradicate it. We closed down the room, hired professional pest control specialist which killed and removed all the bugs. We are bug-free ever since and are doubling our effort to prevent something like this happening ever again. We are really sorry that you had bad experience and sincerely hope it didn’t ruin your experience in Ljubljana and Slovenia in general.

The location is great: not far from the center and next to the Tivoli park.|The rooms and the common areas are clean and well organized.|I strongly suggest to book a bed here.|You really feel comfortable during your stay.

Perfect location, 10min walk from the centre of the old town. Extremely helpful staff who sorted out our pick up from the airport and trip to Bled on the Sunday. Accommodation was adequate and clean. Would certainly stay there again.||Charlie

I genuinely have no idea how this hostel has such good reviews. Bang average! Loud creaky beds and zero privacy. Two showers and 3 toilets between 18 people. If you in anyway need the most basic of privacy to feel comfortable then this is not the place for you. Therefore - completely overpriced! By the time I had paid the hidden tourist tax, the total bill for 2 nights was 40€. Madness! Last but not least the hostel is situated on Ljubljana's major ring road - the only time that was convenient was when I didn't want the entire hostel to hear me taking a dump from the bathroom which is basically located in the kitchen.

We put guests experience and satisfaction as our priority that's why we are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay here. Since this is a hostel you should expect shared dorms and the fact that privacy is very much a subjective matter. Our bunk beds provide relatively good privacy in a quite spacious rooms. As for the tourist tax, it's marked on every web site as well as in the booking confirmation email, that is not included in the price. We would never hide the ''real price''. As for the bathroom, we know it can get a bit crowded, especially in the high season. Most of our guest are ok with waiting for a bit to take a shower, but nevertheless we are working on the solution to expand bathroom facilities. We are also aware about the noise from the main road, but there is not much we can do about it. We offer ear plugs at the reception and hope that helps with a good night sleep. Bathroom si not located in the kitchen, it's just on the same floor. Bathroom has doors so you can just close that for the privacy. We realise that we can't satisfy all our guest, even if we try to do our best all the time. That is also why we are available 24/7 so you could just come to the reception any time to share your problems and we guarantee that we would do everything in our power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are very sorry your experience didn't match your expectations and hope that you still enjoyed your time in Ljubljana and Slovenia in general.

The hostel is great. The location is good, in the center. It's very clean and the staff is really helpfull, you can ask any info. The only issue for me was that the checkout time is 10am which was to early for me this time:). All in all I would recommend staying here.

Really nice hostel with a chill atmosphere. Huge lockers. Has air conditioning. The only thing to note is that there is no room key and the front door is open during most the day so anyone can randomly walk inside and go into your room. Located near the presidential building and a bunch of embassies so it is pretty safe though. That means it is also a bit far from the city center however Ljubljana is really small so it is just a 15ish minute walk.

We are very glad you liked your stay here. We are working on the ''door problem''. The main doors are only open if the reception is open, but never after opening hours. They had bed bugs. Staff was not understanding of the situation. Overall negative experience.

They have bedbugs in the bed! Emailed the hostel about it and they have yet to respond

BED BUG ALERT i stayed in this hostel and found bedbugs on the checkout. It had blood come out of it when i killed it. Be aware people.

Nice friendly straff who gives you alot of information about the city and where to go. If you like to meet and chat with new people this is the place to go.
