First of all we would like to sincerely apologise fro your bad experience while staying with us. We know that bed bugs are a big problem, but also a big problem which is really hard to prevent. We just want you to know that in the moment, bed bug problem was brought to our attention we made sure to do everything we could to eradicate it. We closed down the room, hired professional pest control specialist which killed and removed all the bugs. We are bug-free ever since and are doubling our effort to prevent something like this happening ever again. We are really sorry that you had bad experience and sincerely hope it didn’t ruin your experience in Ljubljana and Slovenia in general.
Thank you for feedback. We appreciate every kind of opinion and are very inclined to suggestions with which we learn how to improve. We put guests experience and satisfaction as our priority that's why we are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay here. Since this is a hostel you should expect shared dorms and the fact that privacy is very much a subjective matter. Our bunk beds provide relatively good privacy in a quite spacious rooms. As for the tourist tax, it's marked on every web site as well as in the booking confirmation email, that is not included in the price. We would never hide the ''real price''. As for the bathroom, we know it can get a bit crowded, especially in the high season. Most of our guest are ok with waiting for a bit to take a shower, but nevertheless we are working on the solution to expand bathroom facilities. We are also aware about the noise from the main road, but there is not much we can do about it. We offer ear plugs at the reception and hope that helps with a good night sleep. Bathroom si not located in the kitchen, it's just on the same floor. Bathroom has doors so you can just close that for the privacy. We realise that we can't satisfy all our guest, even if we try to do our best all the time. That is also why we are available 24/7 so you could just come to the reception any time to share your problems and we guarantee that we would do everything in our power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are very sorry your experience didn't match your expectations and hope that you still enjoyed your time in Ljubljana and Slovenia in general.

We are very glad you liked your stay here. We are working on the ''door problem''. The main doors are only open if the reception is open, but never after opening hours. We held a meeting with all the staff about right way of handling uncomfortable situations like this and how the most important aspect for us are you, our guests.
