I am a past Entertainment Coordinator at Hedonism II. I now visit frequently as a paying guest. I don’t get discounts or hookups when I visit I pay in full for my stay and therefore this is why I am so appalled and disappointed with my recent visit on August 26, 2024. I stayed for 9 nights. My deep disappointment with my recent visit was what happened with my best friend Cameal and I during this recent visit to Hedonism II. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an enjoyable and memorable time turned into a frustrating and disheartening ordeal due to the actions of one of the employees of the Entertainment Staff named Ricardo. My friend Cameal came in on August 29, 2024 and met up with me at Hedonism II we had separate rooms, we were at the disco 3 nights before we were suppose to be checking out, the entertainment coordinator Ricardo was blatantly rude, showed very poor customer service, rude behavior and spoke to my friend in a revering manner. This was not only unprofessional but left us feeling as though our concerns of his behavior were not valued or taken seriously. After the incident occur, we reported it and instead of getting an apology, the day my friend was leaving, we saw the staff member having breakfast and that night at dinner the staff member was seen in the dining room enjoying the show and showing no remorse for his action, the rest of the entertainment staff began avoiding us, my friend got no apologies and we were then treated as if we were the problem. We are paying guest that paid a lot of money to visit this property and it’s safe to say my friend and I will not be returning. I have known and dealt with this Entertainment coordinator before and did not expect the disrespectful behavior he portrayed to my friend. I believe he might have been intoxicated and was unaware of what he was saying, however drinking is prohibited by entertainment coordinator during their working hours. Recently she received an email from the General Manager justifying the employees action and mentioning peoples name that he spoke to that wasn’t at the scene of the incident. Ultimately as paying guest we were left to feel embarrassed, harassed, and uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this Resort to anyone anymore. While I’ll be visiting my home country regularly Hedonism II will not be a destination I visit again. I have very good friends that continues to work there and I will keep in touch with those people who values their job and the guest who continues to spend their money. We had high expectations given Hedonism II’s reputation and the amount we invested in this trip. However, the lack of care shown by the General Manager and the Entertainment Manager Winston significantly diminished our overall experience. Rather than relaxing and enjoying ourselves, we spent much of our time dealing with the consequences of this employees rudeness and lack of responsibility to the paying guest. I am hoping that this review brings attention to the issue we faced so that no future travelers have to endure the same. We were not looking for compensation only a heartfelt apology and acknowledgment of their employees action, instead we got excuses, lies and blatant disregard for our ruined vacation. I am not finish here, in the times of social media. I will be making sure that everyone that can read will see this comment and other comments I’ll be posting regarding my recent experience with this property. Utterly disappointing. PS: This was apart of the encounter we had with Ricardo in the disco: I was going to the bar to get water to end the night as it was late. Ricardo was standing by the side of the bar with two 2 or 3 other people. Ricardo engage me in a conversation, while I’m standing there listening to him my friend Cameal walked over to me and ask me about the bathroom. Before I could answer her, Ricardo said to her, “Hey gal, you nuh see seh people a talk, di bathroom ova deh so”. I immediately said to Ricardo hey you can’t speak to my friend in that manner. My words has reach its limit.

It give us what we wanted. ||James and I fairly new to the scene. Lots of nerves and anticipation. Met a lovely couple, Martin and Fiona. Guided us through the many aspects. ||Staff wonderful, especially a certain member of the pool staff. Definitely would go again. Any questions feel free to ask. C&J

We just got back from our sixth visit “home”. As usual, we were greeted by the most friendly face when we arrived, James. He is truly the BEST way to start a vacation. Too bad he was on vacation when we were leaving. Although he deserves his time off with family too! Our room was almost the last room of the second block, quite a walk! We had requested our favorite room but did not get it. The room itself was fine - clean and stocked - and the walk wasn’t horrible but we could see closer, empty rooms. I wish we had one of those. The tv didn’t work for the first two days and the power went out for about an hour or two one day but it was all resolved easily. The groundskeepers are the most under acknowledged people I see mentioned in reviews. They’re constantly working in the sweltering heat with smiles and still greeting us as we walk by. The grounds are always cleaned, the grass always cut, the seaweed always cleaned. They’re in the pools cleaning every day. Some type of work to improve the place is always happening. They’re amazing! The bar keepers are excellent. All of them. Special shout outs to Oswald and Paulette. Truly awesome people to interact with. The food was good enough. Flame lunch and dinner was good. The tenderloin is GREAT. The dinner service was always good at Flame too. We only ate at Pastafari once this trip and Harrysan not at all. The breakfast buffet was the best. Jackie at the egg station is always a great way to start the day. She has the best smile! They added a burrito station since last year, too. Always nice to see the new things. The lunch buffet was good, pasta station being the best. There was one pasta server that we really liked, I didn’t get her name sadly. She was there Thurs 9/12. Dinner buffet was ok.. not our fave but still good enough. The staff in the terrace is EXCELLENT. They have your water poured before you get back with your plate. They clean up your dishes as soon as you’re done. They’re always smiling. Last food shoutout is to the nude grill midnight pizza server. I cannot remember his name right now but he is awesome! He goes above and beyond bringing people their food at the pool, at the tables, or keeping it warm if they’ve ran to the playroom or happening hut. Entertainment crew deserves the highest credit. Winston, Ricardo, Anakay, and many others work so hard to ensure we have a good time. Their interactions with the patrons through out the day is just as great as the shows they do at night. I really appreciate them. I also caught Winston watching the crew perform one night with such pride. That was awesome to see. Security is very present and make you feel safe. I seen more security this year than ever before and it was a good thing! Oh Hedo Wedo: GREAT WEED AND GREAT SERVICE! Good place to smoke if you’re hot too, it has AC! My only wish: they’d add a swing in the jungle or near Hedo Weedo. So long story short: GO TO HEDONISM!

My stay at Hedonism II was a complete letdown, not only due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff but also the dismal state of the property itself. One of the entertainment coordinators was visibly intoxicated and behaved rudely and aggressively towards me. When I reported this to management, the General Manager, Mr. Graham, showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of addressing the fact that one of their employees was drunk and disrespectful, the situation was brushed aside with no accountability or integrity.||||Beyond the lack of professionalism, the resort itself is rundown and dirty. I was shocked by how poorly maintained the facilities were. Used napkins were scattered on the floor of the piano bar, I even spotted roaches in the dining area, and the rooms are old and outdated, in desperate need of renovation. It’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities here.||||With intoxicated staff, unresponsive management, and a property that feels neglected, Hedonism II is not the carefree, luxurious experience it claims to be. Until these serious issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

Beautiful place, and really friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to the Kama Sutra Palace, which was one of the highlights of our visit. The only small downside were the outsiders, who were, for some reason, allowed to come to the beachside to sell marihuana.

A great ambiance to meet amazing people who will become lifelong friends that makes your vacation very memorable. The nightly shows/themes are so much fun and helps you dress a certain way that you won't normally. Staff are extremely friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and feel seen and heard.

Don’t waste your money! The rooms are old and very over priced! The food was reheated repurposed on the buffet, restaurants were closed due to low capacity. The play makers are friendly but Waite and bar staff were rude and made us feel like we were an imposition! The new GM made many excuses for the short falls and discredited our concerns. Needless to say we will not return! Too many other options for the $900. Per night price tag! We booked Beach front Jacuzzi!

this place looks like a dark run down low class resort. They must improve. Horrible food. Pool stays dirty all the time and stinks. stage looks 100 years old. i have a long list to go on

Our first time a Hedo and we were not disappointed, we had a fabulous time. The staff and resort really impressed us. Notable members of staff are Oneil who serviced our hot tub every morning, always came with a welcome smile and friendly attitude, a great way to start the day. Also, the staff at the piano bar, Mike with his excellent playing and sorry of if I have these names wrong but Starry/Shari the gorgeous singer with a beautiful voice and Nefario/lothario? The singing bar tender, always remembered my drink and was such a sweet friendly guy. Excellent customer service, the food was lovely, we really enjoyed the Hibachi restaurant, it really was an experience. The nude pool was where it was at, it really is a party hotel so be prepared for that kind of atmosphere. Also, recommend the catamaran cruise, so much fun and the staff on there were fab!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hedonism II in Negril, Jamaica, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The cuisine at all the restaurants was simply outstanding—each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. The water sports were an absolute blast, offering everything from snorkeling to windsurfing, and the staff were always on hand to ensure we had the best experience possible. The entertainment crew deserves a special mention for their incredible shows each night. They truly know how to put on a performance—every show was tantalizing and filled with energy, leaving the audience in awe. The pools at Hedonism II were another highlight of the trip, especially the foam party, which was a unique and incredibly fun experience. I had such an amazing time that I can't wait to go back again and again. If you're looking for a resort that offers excitement, relaxation, and top-notch service, Hedonism II is the place to be!

We have an amazing time every time we come back. This is a second home for us. The entertainment staff is always amazing and it was good seeing some familiar faces. Damien, Ana-Kay, Ricardo, Winston. We booked a massage, which was amazing, and always utilize the water sports. We come back looking forward to the food, and I can say this is the first time it has ever been lack luster. Not much options of jamaican culture. We were there 7 days, no Bammy served, boiled dumplings were once. Foods we wait until we get to jamaica we were not able have. We found ourselves looking to eat off the resort rather than on. Aside from the food, we had no other problems. Can't wait to come back for our anniversary.

I traveled with Missy King and the experience was superb! She had events and activities planned. It was nearly perfect. The staff on the resort are simply amazing. Everyone was super professional, nice and super welcoming. I can't wait to go back "home" Thank you Missy King!!

After several years, we came back this year in January. The new owner and the new management did a very good job to reshape this great resort. It was really rundown however now it is again a real fun and great place. A lot of party going on, great food, and very polite and helpful people and waiters. We definitely will be back.
