See t English version below... .הגענו בערב 5 אנשים לדירה עם חדר שינה וסלון בחדר ההורים סודרו מלבד מיטה זוגית, מיטה נוספת ובסלון הייתה ספה פתוחה כמיטה זוגית. מאוד לא נוח לשינה... לאחר שהיתמקמנו גילינו שחלק מהמצעמלוכלכים מדם וחלק סתם מזוהמים,היה כבר סביבות עשר בלילה, היתקשרנו לקבלה בציפיה שיחליפו את המצעים המזוהמים. אמרו לנו שיחליםו רק מחר! ישנו ללא מצעים (היה מגעיל לישון בממעים עם ( כתמי דם ניגמר לנו נייר הטואלט לאחר יומיים פנינו לקבלה בערך בשבע בערב נתנו לנו מפיות נייר והבטיחו שנקבל בבוקר. לקח עומיים עד שקיבלנו נייר טואלט מהמלון (בנתיים קנינו לנו נייר בבוםר קרוב) את החדר לא מנקים במהלל שבוע של אירוח ומחליפים פעם אחת מגבות. בקיצור, כוכב אחד זה מעל ומעבר! לא מומלץ!!! שימו לב שהמיקום גם הוא לא אטרקטיבי ורחוק כמעט מכל אתר תירות We arrived during the evening only to discover that the parents' romm had 3 beds (a double bed and a single bed). Two out of the three sets of sheets were dirty (one of them had blood on it) we found this out around 10pm so we had to sleep without sheets for the first night (they said it can only be replaced in the morning). On the second day we ran out of toilet paper when told that to the staff we were given napkins and only after a couple of days we got proper toilet paper (after promising us that we will get toilet paper the following day). Throught our entire stay (a week) the towels were only replaced once and the room was never cleaned.

Therme ist vielleicht übertrieben,aber ein nettes Schwimmbad ist ok. Das Wasser war nicht wirklich so warm wie in einer Therme. Es war nicht viel los, daher sehr angenehm. In der Halle sind nur Plastikliegen ohne komfort. Saunabereich ist sehr nett! Es gibt eine Türkische und eine Finnische Sauna.Es gibt einen Eisraum, wo man sich abkühlen kann. Leider aber keinen Komfort, da es nur Holzliegen gibt, wo keine Polster oder ähnliches drauf liegt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, sowas gibt es nicht, aber wir können ein Leintuch extra bekommen zum liegen( welches aber den Komfort nicht verbesserte) In der Sauna gibt es Früchte und Tee zum nehmen. Der Außenbereich war bereits geschlossen, so dass ich darüber nichts sagen kann. Denke dass der Außenbereich einfach nur das Sportbecken ist, welches kaltes Wasser beinhaltet und somit im Oktober nicht mehr zu nutzen ist. Service war in Ordnung. Unterkunft war mit etwas zu Fuß gehen erreichbar, leider nur Stufen zu den Zimmern,sprich mit einem Rollstuhl wird das ganze schwierig. Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung! TV gab es sogar mit Deutschen und Österreichischen TV Sendern. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausreichend. Es gab verschiedene Sachen, die man sich aussuchen konnte. Das Restaurant selber ist etwas eng. Daher, wenn man am Tisch sitzt und hinter einem jemand sitzt der nicht 60kg wiegt, wird man eingezwickt und kann nicht mehr aufstehen. Service ist ok, es wird immer nachgeschlichtet, wenn etwas nicht mehr da ist. Leider kapieren viele Gäste nicht, dass man sich beim Frühstück nicht die ganze Tasche mit Lebensmittel vollpacken darf. Aber das war eine Gruppe, die allgemein ziemlich laut war und sich an keine Regeln gehalten hat. Schade! Aber dafür kann die Therme nichts. Wanderwege sind genügend vorhanden, man sollte aber sich vorher den Weg genau anschauen, da die Beschriftung bei unserem Weg ( 3a) nicht 100% gepasst hat. Daher wurde aus unserer 1:45 Runde eine 3 Stunden Runde *gg* Kurzfassung: Zum entspannen geeignet, Preise günstig wenn man richtig bucht, Als Therme eher weniger, sondern als Wandertag mit Schwimmbad und Sauna als Zusatz würde ich es beschreiben! Nichts desto trotz war es ein angenehmes Wochenende!

We wanted to swim an afternoon so our hotelstaff suggested this place with some pools and tobogans. But some reason the outside part was closed. Ok, it was a grey day and only 21 degrees but we don't saw the problem. Were they afraid we could get wet? Our biggest problem is that no one informed us before and there was no indication that you payed for the half of the complex. Strange way of working. Strange decision.

Camere ottime, centro termale discreto e di medie dimensioni. Zona saune piccola. Abbiamo trovato un po di scortesia da parte di un paio di camerieri. Aderendo al pacchetto "capodanno" con prezzo non al di sopra della media del periodo richiesto ci siamo ritrovati in un centro che ha ospitato più clientela di quella che poteva contenere. Ogni cena (buffet) richiedeva almeno 20 minuti di attesa per avere un tavolo libero. Molta maleducazione da parte di altri clienti, tra cui chi faceva salotto in sauna dove vige il silenzio, bambini che correvano tra le gambe delle persone con il rischio di farle cadere e assenza sia dei genitori che di rispetto. Il personale non ha assolutamente ricordato il regolamento di quiete del centro termale che è stato rispettato da pochissimi clienti. Questo rende la struttura poco rilassante.

Camere spaziose, pulite e moderne ma in stile country, unica pecca la scheda/chiave della stanza. Abbiamo soggiornato a fine marzo con utilizzo piscina interna, carina, 32° quindi gradevole con Whirlpool 36°, ottimale anche per bambini e mai troppo affollata. Cena e colazione ben forniti con piatti sloveni e prodotti contadini locali, ovvio che necessario adattare il palato (non prendete pasta). Incluso sauna e massaggio è più rilassante! Ottima connessione wi-fi
