Ca. 25 Kilometer von der Hauptstadt entfernt in Kranj liegt dieses äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Hotel mit herausragendem Personal.Manche Zimmer haben sogar ein Jaqusi im Zimmer! Es gibt hervorragende Weine, die in einem eigenen Weinkeller verkosten werden können. Ich kann diese Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Four of us (two couples) spent four nights here recently and could not speak highly enough of the friendly, helpful staff, particularly Tatiana, the manager who was brilliant. Located in Kranj, a great little town from which to explore this lovely country. Free parking, great coffee and great breakfast.

Ein wunderschönes Stadthotel in genialer Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber - geräumig - gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Der Service ist hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend lecker 😋 Eine sehr gute Adresse 👍💯 Immer gerne wieder 👍💯

Hotel e camera molto belli. Ottima la location, chiedete info prima di arrivare perché è in ztl e dovete richiedere il codice della sbarra per entrare e parcheggiare dietro l’hotel. Gentile la signora, ci ha accolti e la mattina dopo ci ha fatto la colazione. C’è anche un ragazzo giovane che aiuta a portare su le valigie. Tutto molto bello, peccato per alcuni difetti che abbiamo iniziato a notare dopo poche ore. Innanzitutto non molto intuitivi i pulsanti per i vari servizi in camera (luci, condizionatori… ecc). Il frigo di sera ha iniziato a fare rumori strani e di notte abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo dalla spina sennò non riuscivamo a dormire. C’è la vasca idromassaggio in camera. Ha una copertura che, se aperta, senti già l’acqua tiepida all’interno. Eravamo contenti di provarla. Proviamo a leggere le istruzioni ma non si accende. Decidiamo allora di chiamare la reception con il telefono in camera ma scopriamo che il telefono non funziona. Scendiamo in pigiama giù e spieghiamo al signore in reception che il telefono non andava e che eravamo scesi per dirgli che non andava neanche la vasca idromassaggio. Ci spiega che per utilizzarla dovevamo chiederlo almeno la mattina del giorno prima così ce la preparavano… siamo rimasti delusi. Siamo anche andati a controllare se ci fosse scritto da qualche parte ma niente per questa regola. Assurdo che una persona paga e prenota per avere un servizio aggiuntivo ma che non venga neanche preparato. Quindi, ricapitolando, niente vasca e niente telefono! Peccato perché avevano iniziato molto bene… ps: molto buoni i prodotti omaggio per il bagno

Skvělá zastávka na cestě na dovolenou do Chorvatska. Letos jsme se rozhodli přespat v nějakém pěkném hotelu poblíž Chorvatských hranic a zvolili jsme luxusní rodinný hotýlek z 18. století na úpatí Alp ve městě Kranj, v historickém centru. Pokoj byl vybavený postelí s nebesy, vířivkou, minibarem, velkou koupelnou a výhledem do historické části města. Ve městě, kousek od hotelu, jsme navštívili skvělou pizerii a následně vynikající kavárnu. Nezapomenutelný začátek dovolené. Děkujeme majitelům, příští rok se zase zastavíme.

Camere bellissime con un bagno enorme e la possibilità di avere la Jacuzzi privata. Il letto era un po' morbido per i miei gusti ma comunque comodo per la notte. La colazione a self-service molto varia sia per dolce che per salato e con cibi ottimi. Il servizio è stato professionale, cortese e rapido. Solo la posizione è un po' problematica perché il navigatore si rifiuta di farci guidare in una zona considerata solo pedonale anche se essendo clienti dell'albergo si può e entrare in centro storico con l'auto e si ha accesso ad un comodo parcheggio. Un ottimo albergo.

We had an early morning flight and we arrived at the Actum hotel before noon. We were expecting to drop our suitcases at the hotel and to wait for the official check-in time, but we were really pleasantly surprised that we were offered the use of one of our rooms right away and at no extra charge! Overall, during our whole stay the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.||The decor of the hotel is quirky and surprises you every time you turn a corner. Our rooms were very clean on arrival and were kept so during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and we definitely slept well. There was an unseasonal heatwave during our stay and it was a relief that air-conditioning worked really well.||Breakfast was served buffet style. The food selection was a mixture of local and international items. We especially enjoyed the fresh baked goods. Our waiter was a super friendly and fun lady, who was happy to share tips on how to get around and what to see and do.
