Posto in centro storico, un po’ scomodo per l’auto perché bisogna entrare nella zona pedonale. Camere pulite. Sfortunatamente in piena estate hanno un guasto all’aria condizionata, shame! Per il resto è ok.

We stayed at Hotel Actum for one night as it was close to the hotel. + The room was large, with a very large bathroom. It's in a nice area in the old town with convenient parking. Staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. - There is no lighting in the entryway which makes half the room very dark and difficult to use the closet. Our room smelled somewhat musty, probably from the hot tub. We tried to sleep with the windows open, but couldn't because of smoke that I think was coming from the fire pit in the hotel's outdoor area. Only one plug on each side of the bed, both already in use. Odd decor. It was fine for one night.

Das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Charme, eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details (vor allem Autofans kommen auf ihre Kosten). Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und niemals aufdringlich!||Das Beste ist aber die High-End-Küche: alles frisch vom Bauernhof, Bio, und wird perfekt zubereitet wunderschön präsentiert. Das reichhaltige Morgenbuffet ist ebenfalls eine Erwähnung wert - wo gibt es allein sechs (!) verschiedene, frisch gepresste Säfte?

I loved this place! Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the staff, the food, and the bed was perhaps the nicest I have ever slept upon! The hotel if full of fun things to discover too. It is no wonder they have won a "Best hotel" award recently. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Auf Geschäftsreise durfte ich hier zwei erholsame Nächte verbringen.|Da das Hotel in der Fußgängerzone liegt ist es nur schwer mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mein Taxi hat mich 50m Fußweg entfernt abgesetzt, mit Einfahrtsgenehmigung kommt man aber auch auf den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz.|Mein Zimmer 103 war absolut sauber und luxuriös ausgestattet, lediglich der TV Empfang bzw. die Sendersortierung ist mir negativ aufgefallen. Die deutschen Programme sind wild verstreut unter über 1000 Kanälen von denen 90% verschlüsselt oder nicht empfangbar sind.|Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. 85€ inkl. Frühstück sind absolut angemessen um nicht zu sagen günstig.|Den Whirlpool habe ich nicht genutzt, aber nice to have.|Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il capodanno 2018 da soli, in una città che conoscevamo per esserci passati già un paio di volte. Abbiamo prenotato quasi "alla cieca". Risultato: accoglienza ottima in una struttura molto discreta all'esterno, ma molto elegante all'interno. Un plauso al personale della reception e ancor di più a quelli del ristorante. Pazienti e disponibili come poche volte ho riscontrato. Unica pecca, veniale, dovuta ai vincoli ambientali e storici della struttura, la mancanza di un ascensore. Io lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi. Da tenere presente che è in zona pedonale

Buen hotel, muy céntrico y bien comunicado. El servicio es agradable y las habitaciones adecuadas. Conexión wifi gratuita y muy buena. Quizás la única pega a destacar es que no dispone de ascensor y todas las habitaciones comienzan en la planta +1.
