Hotel tranquillo, in stile, camere molto grandi e accoglienti, la nostra aveva un terrazzo che dava sul giardino interno, molto carino. Bella accoglienza.

Abbiamo fatto un breve soggiorno in compagnia di amici e abbiamo trovato un’ottima accoglienza. Il personale è molto disponibile e si fa in 4 per risolvere ogni piccolo problema e per fornire consigli e contatti. Non C’è l’ascensore ma in compenso la location in pieno centro storico impagabile.

It is a huge pleasure for me to send this email. |We chose Allegro hotel when planing a trip to Ljubljana for a special family occasion. We loved the deco and the location was perfect. As we were a group of 8 adults traveling we emailed the hotel to request accomodation to suit all 8. The response was so helpful and received prompt correspondence reassuring that we would all be accommodated. |On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by Thomas who offered us complimentary drinks of our choice while he checked us all 8 into 4 different rooms. It was Thomas first day at the reception but he was efficient and friendly. |Every morning Sara met us at breakfast with a smile and offering a warm breakfast. She was extremely helpful in arranging a stunning birthday cake for us which arrived at the Hotel on the day. It was delicious!! Thank you Sara!|Through out our stay Joel was very helpful in making bookings for us for dinner in lovely restaurants, advice and inform about the city and sites. Nothing was too much for Joel and he made our stay so enjoyable.|Our flights were cancelled for 24 hours and again all 8 of us were accommodated at the hotel without any inconvenience on short notice. The rooms are warm, clean, large and comfortable. We loved the deco and the location but it was all the friendly staff at this hotel who made our stay memorable. |

What great hotel!! I have just returned to UK after spending an extended weekend at Allegro. It is in a fantastic location and the staff are so very much welcoming. Indeed, when my flight back to UK was cancelled, the staff were very understanding and helped me throughout the process of securing the room for another night, booking taxis etc and finding things to do for that extra day. A thank you should go to Luka for helping me arrange arrival transport but a special thank you to Joel and Sarah who were great hosts over the weekend. The room was spacious and the breakfast is plentiful. I am usually very critical in my reviews but I really cannot find anything I would improve. Very highly recommended.

Lovely service. The guy behind reception is brilliant and offers truly authentic and genuine service. He is a star. Hotel is very well situated and easy walking distance to everything, although that's generally the case in Ljubljana. Hotel is quaint. Nice traditional building and makes a change not being a chain style and ultra modern place, but this comes with its drawbacks. It is definitely not accessible so if you have any disability it will be a struggle. Bedroom was small and twee. Bathroom was disappointing and shower quite dangerous to get in and out of. Room had eaves and was not much wider than the (small) double bed so it was tight and you had to be careful at night to not bump your head if you needed to get up to use the bathroom. Certainly wasn't as spacious, with the additional seating area shown in the photos. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and again the service was superb. 10/10 to the staff working there and thanks for your warm welcome.

We were traveling with our family and had booked the big room, which is the only one on the ground level. The room was excellent and we had direct access to the courtyard where we spent time during the evenings. We would often meet other guest in the courtyard and have nice conversations with them.||The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It is very easy to get everywhere but it is still quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby, along with parks and tourist attractions.||But the best thing about the place are the people. We met some of the most likeable characters here and had some of the most authentic and meaningful conversations about what Slovenia is all about, what kind of people live in Slovenia and generally what is everyday life like in Slovenia. ||The only reason I cannot give full score to this place is the coffee. The coffee machine was very slow and did not provide anything like an americano or something suitable for nordic people. We Finns need our morning coffee!||Me and my family highly recommend this place for anyone who is traveling in Ljubljana or Slovenia!

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage! Das Personal ist super freundlich und man fühlt such wirklich als gerngesehener Gast!es hat Freude gemacht hier zu wohnen. Sehr schöner kleiner, aber feiner Frühstücksservice. Unbedingt das Thunfisch-Spread und den Eiersalat probieren!

Bien placé mais insonorisation plus que mauvaise, équipement de la salle de bain très abîmé, petit déjeuner très basique et hôtel vraiment très vieillot.|Avec étage sans ascenseur donc si vous avez du mal à monter vos valises rien n’est prévu réellement par l’hôtel.

What a beautiful hotel! Well located in Ljubljana. The service was excellent, and everything was made easy for me (drop off to airport in the morning was organised by the hotel). Comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. I only stayed one night. Wish I stayed longer. Hvala lepa!

Posizione strategica in pieno centro e molto comoda per carico e scarico dei bagagli, ma da un 4 stelle con prezzi da 4 stelle, non ti aspetti le seguenti caratteristiche. Reception aperta solo fino alle 22.30, personale inesistente (la camera è stata solo riassettata, ma non pulita: c’era ancora il dentifricio nel lavandino), tovaglie della colazione sporche e mai cambiate, tazze sporche, ragnatele in camera, tende non oscuranti. Infine a colazione era possibile chiedere delle uova, ma l’abbiamo scoperto solo il secondo giorno perché una ragazza(non immediatamente identificabile come personale dell’hotel) l’ha urlato in mezzo alla sala. Inoltre non sono forniti servizi che altri 4 stelle contigui forniscono, quali il noleggio delle bici. Abbiamo poi prenotato telefonicamente e ci era stato comunicato un prezzo, che nella conferma via mail è stato aumentato: alla cortese richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato risposto in modo piuttosto piccato che probabilmente c’era stato un errore ma che comunque ci stavano proponendo un prezzo conveniente. Insomma a parte la splendida posizione e l’arredamento ricercato della hall, il rapporto qualità prezzo non regge.
