Positive: Very nice and ready to help personal when we arrived. Rather new furniture. Fare away from city center, but with car - perfect. Very comfortable free parking.. Negative: We came at day, left our luggage and immediately went for a walk. Came back very late in the evening and only then saw all this room better. If I saw how dirty it was before I would never stayed in this place. I travelled a lot (35 countries) all over the world. But this room was SUPER DIRTY which I've never seen even in the cheapest hotels. My photos are not showing all the situation... It seems like nobody cleaned there. Trash from people before was still in the room. Bathroom- floor and shower were full of long black hair. And then we open the bed... It was crazy - there was so MUCH black long hair. They were not just laying on top of bed, they were even inside pillows. It was rather late evening to drive to the another place. We were only one night in this hotel on the way to the sea coast and had our own beach towels - so we covered bed with our towels and slept on it without blankets and pillows - I can't even touch these pillows....

Very close to highway. But not so clean.
Positive: Danijel, our host welcomed us infront of the place, it was very convenient, he even gave us a bottle of wine which was very friendly of him - great guy. The place was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Its a bit out of the city centre, but it wasnt a problem for us.. Negative: The other guests were very-very noisy, huge amount of cars were coming all night in the parking lot infront of the house - noisy night..

Preiswerte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in Maribor. Die Zimmer sind sauber und anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer ist freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit wertvollen Infos und Tipps bereichert. Absolut empfehlenswert.
