Been there for a couple of days, and I must say I'm more then mildly dissapointed. It is old. Some parts have been renewed.. But still, it's old.. The staff on the reception and the cleaners are friendly. Others look like they're annoyed you're there. Room is fine(ish), except the 3rd bed is more of sad joke then a bed. It was clean, but the furniture could be renewed, it's old, some parts are damaged, got water stains, a mirror was cracked, mattress damaged, door to balcony had a broken lock, an electrical sockets plastic was broken. Air condition is doing it's best I guess for the fact that it looks like it's 30 years old. Same goes for the tiny fridge. Breakfast in the hotel is a DISASTER, it is "all you can eat", but there isn't much to choose from at all. Also, every morning for our stay the exact same boring menu. The young "cook" is checking if any food is gone, but doesn't actually refill anything except bread and the cold buffet (sausages, cheese). I seriously thought he'll fall asleep standing there. The drink and coffe dispensers are dirty and full of old stains. We did not try out the lunch and dinner.. The pool section of the "aquapark" is well.. A couple of old pools, nothing special, but for an "aquapark" I would've wanted some more atractions and slides for the kids. There's a (payable) arcade with a couple of different machines, a table soccer and two pools that are horrible (half of the balls are two of the same kind, cues are cheap plastic etc..)

Zelo prijazno osebje, sobe pa potrebujejo obnove (zlasti okna). Super pa je, da ima hotel svojo garažo.

We were not expecting beautiful rooms because we are aware that hotel is in need of renovation. Beds are horible, the equipment is dated, shower very weird. ||What we were not prepared for was the service. The staff was not helpful at all. Also not friendly as we are used to at hotels. We didin't have a pleasant experience at the reception desk, nor in the restaurant. ||The only thing that was ok (ok, not great) were the pool reception desk (nice, friendly, helpful) and the pools (aquapark). ||We will not return. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad service, poor food, very small rooms||Extreem: we had room with connection door to next one, very small and with bad interiour. When new neighbours with 9mth couplings moved in next room, no more sleep. After complaints, nothing was changed, on leave 10% discount was offered. ||Never again - I hope somebody with more feeling, passion and common sense will take over soon

Sobe solidne, ciste. Prirocno je, da imajo parkirno hiso, brez doplacila. Nerodno je, da moras za vstop in iztop za garazo pozvoniti na recepcijo, in vcasih traja, da odprejo vrata. Osebje je delovalo nekoliko zmedeno. Hrana povprecna, lahko bi bila boljsa. Hotel je definitivno potreben prenove, ampak za nekaj nocitev je cisto ok.
