Odličan mali hotel. Uredan smještaj, ljubazno osoblje, vrlo ukusna hrana, vrhunska masaža, a imaju i svoju čokoladu. Sve zajedno u prekrasnom ambijentu, za svaku preporuku.

Čo sa týka hotela, 5* je príliš málo. Je to malý rodinný hotel. Izby sú skromné, ale pekné, čisté a mnohé s výhľadom na hory. Reštaurácia je samostatná kapitola. Raňajky viac menej stála ponuka, ale kvalitná od miestnych dodávateľov. Vždy sa dalo vybrať a nakombinovať raňajky. Večera v našom prípade pozostávala z polievky, hlavného jedla a dezertu. Tu, keby sa dalo, tak si vezmeme kuchára domov. Také chutné, kvalitné jedlo som snáď ešte nejedol. Proste, nebíčko v papulke. V hoteli je k dispozícii aj jacuzzi, sauna a masáže, ale vzhľadom na náš program sme sa k tomu nedostali. Taktiež má hotel vlastnú čokoládovňu. V každom prípade, hotel a reštauráciu môžeme len odporučiť. A najmä polpenziu, určite s tým nespravíte chybu.

Prenovljene sobe so izjemne, sploh tista s pogledom na Triglav. Najboljši del tega hotela, je, vsaj meni, domačnost in kljub domačnosti, najvišji nivo usluge. Vsako leto se radi vračamo v nam ljubi Bohinj in Art hotel Kristal.

Charming, clean, spacious, with great service, balconies and a sauna (which I didn't visit). The location was perfect for our Lake Bohinj and Lake Bled hiking. A few minutes walk to the former, and right by the bus stop to get to the latter. The restaurant had great breakfast variety and delicious dinners with excellent service. This all made for a very pleasant week's stay.

Ocenim lahko del, kjer imajo cokoladnico. Pristno predstavljena vsebina!! Vidi in cuti se, da jim je mar za ljudi in da kar delajo, delajo s srcem. Prav tako zeloooooo okusna cokolada! Se splaca priti, pa cetudi samo zaradi tega! 🔥

Had a lovely stay here out of high season. Stunning scenery with a peaceful electric boat trip along the lake and the ski lift up to the cafe and stunning views for the less able out of skiing season and lots for the more active. This family hotel was welcoming and comfortable with excellent food and beautiful wine; sourced locally as far as possible. My daughter had been advised that we did not need a car, this was true of Lake Bled, but a car would have been very useful here. However the hotel owners were very kind and helpful and helped with our transport issues. I often look back on our stay here and would like to return one day. Hand made chocolates were delicious too

I recently travelled to Slovenia for a skiing holiday with my other half. Her family has stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, that alone speaks for itself and I’m more than certain Jan and Alenka (the hotel owners) will know exactly who I am on about! From the moment we set foot in the door we was greeted by Alenka who was more than helpful and went above and beyond, even when the ski bus missed our stop, Alenka come out of her way to come and collect us and bring us back to the hotel. I then met Jan, who was just as friendly and helpful and again went above and beyond, making sure everything was okay for us during our stay, from making sure our table was full of food at breakfast to sorting drinks out at the end of the night. This brings me to the waiters at Hotel Kristal who were just as amazing and had great knowledge on the wines and food, always making sure our glasses and table was full of drink and food. The food options at Hotel Kristal are of a 5 star standard catering for all! There was not one breakfast or dinner I did not enjoy with a great range of different food options each night. I cannot begin to tell you how nice the food was at Hotel Kristal you just have to try it for yourself. The Hotel itself is warm and inviting and well decorated throughout. The rooms are nice and cosy and was more than enough as well as being very clean. I am looking forward to going back! Because this is a place I can go to over and over again! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Kristal who made my stay so good that I want to come back time and time again.
